For a platform oriented towards small businesses, the version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us with a large amount of data and communications. The design and the various pages of the user portal are elegant and easy to navigate. We can store all the data we need about our customers and track sales channels, calls, and other communications. The email marketing function is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that allow us to get the email design and send them to clients and customers in a very short time. I have seen the list of features of many CRM platforms and I have discovered that there are usually certain things that some platforms have and others do not. I have read about some email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like the email capabilities of SugarCRM, but it is probably not as comprehensive and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be more oriented towards email campaigns. SugarCRM is one the best platform that offers exceptional flexibility through its highly customizable features. This CRM is very easy to use because of its simple design and easy to use user interface. The most advantage that this software provide us is that it provides the great reports and the dashboards. The one most obvious difficulty that we faced is that there is no great documentation of the SugarCRM. Another disadvantage of this software that it is so hard to make an update and change the exciting functionality. It is not very easy to use for the beginners. But still its features are outstanding such as the contacts management and scheduling is great for sales and customer service to communicate with our friends, colleagues and customers. The best thing about this software is that SugarCRM can better track of sales and lead. Another best thing about this software is that it has the outstanding features such as the reporting feature and the customizations service. The one thing that I don’t like about this software is that the small organization cannot afford the CRM and it not take the fully advantage of this efficient software. Another disadvantage of this software is that sometimes the information can blend together and can be difficult to find it if there are long list of things which you are looking for. The SugarCRM platform doesn't always work without problems. Sometimes there are bugs that are not always solved even after the updates, which is somewhat disappointing. Sometimes my emails will not look the same in the test email as they do in the editor. Data seems to come back inaccurate within the reports. The report will show over 100 clicks to the website while only a handful of them actually happened. We contacted support and were told thing is due to them inflating our data.
