What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I like it because it ensures that the relationship management with my clients is more personal, offering them an individualized experience in each interaction, it is a versatile and intuitive platform that offers me a set of functions that have been adapted to the Organization. I love the benefits of sales automation, marketing and customer service as the main offer in a single package easy to implement. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

I dislike a little the fact that the processes are not fully automated, so I have to use many clicks, the marketing and sales processes lack the tools for updating potential clients where effective business management is affected. Technical support and customer service could improve them to provide better advice. I recommend the use of SugarCRM because it is a very flexible platform that will offer you an intuitive user experience, this will allow your businesses to create their own and completely personalized approach to build solid relationships with each of their clients. You can fully automate the processes as it is an open source application, which means that the source code of the application is available to any user, developer or customer of the product. What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits in the Company using Sugar CRM have been multiple, the fact that the information can be managed effectively is wonderful, This has allowed to enhance personalized communication with customers. Complex projects are also managed daily. The sales, marketing and services teams have been able to collaborate throughout the customer's life cycle, to provide more valuable experiences, each based on predictive insights, without the inconvenience of manual data insertion. We can have a product or Fantastic service, based on a digital transformation strategy of maximum impact for the Company.

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

I really like that Salesfusion is constantly evolving to stay relevant. A lead management tool is not only a financial investment but a significant time investment. It takes time to bring staff up to speed on how to use a platform and then be able to make the most out of it. The fact that Salesfusion stays up-to-date and goes the extra lengths to make sure the product continues to meet our needs now and into the future is incredibly important. I would also like to note with all of improvements to the platform there is always training and adequate support. What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

I just wish Salesfusion had more integrations into other services. Their CRM integrations are great. Give us more connections into services like that. We can run into issues trying to get data from other aspects of our marketing stack into Salesfusion which can be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Start simple and small with Salesfusion. Don't try to do everything all at once. It isn't worth doing something half-right. Figure out how to do a few thing right and continue to improve and grow on that. This will also help with your confidence as well as realize the power of Salesfusion. It's been great that Salesfusion is full featured and covers the main needs we have, all in one package without additional modules or options to buy. This has resulted in significant costs savings without loss of functionality compared to other systems we evaluated enabling us to invest in other places. Their integration to CRM systems is well done and gives us easy access to the data we need to make decisions. The Salesfusion support team has also been a bright spot and helped whenever needed. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I think the best experience is that you can edit a majority of the items and customize it to your liking.

like that you can use the mobile version which is friendly

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

1. it needs to be faster when you edit something

2. instead of clicking on the drop down to edit something you should be able to just click in the box

3. you should be able to sort your task by date on the mobile version

4. Android version needs cleaned up to the point where it look more professional like the iphone

5. everything should be in CAPS

6. needs to be faster when you save something

7. outlook sync and Sugar need to work flawlessly, they dont it is hit and miss

8. we created a tab for entering equipment and listing price and that needs to be fast. we typically only have 2-3 pieces of equipment but i can imagine if someone has 20 items Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

organization problems has always been a must for me, this is def helped.

we are able to now predict the sales side which we were never able to do

before sugar we never had a sales funnel and now we are able to see our quote log and what we are predicitng per month

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

This software has the superb features such as dashboard and the reporting features. There features are very accurate and so easy to understand. The great advantage that this software provides us is that SugarCRM makes marketing so much easier for us and we don’t need a huge marketing team because we have the best software as SugarCRM. We used this software for the emails tracking and it really help us in business management. Hence for me SugarCRM software is the great business development software. The SugarCRM is very expensive software and the users should pay annually. We are also able to schedule our post, but sometimes it failed to post many days. It has document storage, and an internal chat integration that is really practical. SugarCRM allows you to track the interactions of our contacts, and also allows you to import them and export them completely free. It has tools for prospecting contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its system of calendars and reminders is really confusing because of the user interface. It does not offer the possibility of integrating to social networks, or generating and evaluating leads. The CRM has been built to open and they need to focus on making the common actions easier to do. The dashboard is limited, needs a better reporting dashboard. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Apart from being able to make sugar related puns, everything about it. It's a VERY easy CRM to use and as a new hire straight out of college it was great to be able to get a grasp of the technology on the first day. The search functionality is flawed at the best of times. You can add a lead, work on a contact then close out and come back only for it to tell you that the data doesn't exist, when you know it does. Update the search functionality as it's terribly slow at the best of the time. Also, it shows that data isn't in the CRM when in fact the data is there. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

For a platform oriented towards small businesses, the version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us with a large amount of data and communications. The design and the various pages of the user portal are elegant and easy to navigate. We can store all the data we need about our customers and track sales channels, calls, and other communications. The email marketing function is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that allow us to get the email design and send them to clients and customers in a very short time. I have seen the list of features of many CRM platforms and I have discovered that there are usually certain things that some platforms have and others do not. I still like the email capabilities of SugarCRM, but it is probably not as comprehensive and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be more oriented towards email campaigns. We see a good amount of increased efficiency when it comes to using the SugarCRM platform compared to not using it.
