I like it because it ensures that the relationship management with my clients is more personal, offering them an individualized experience in each interaction, it is a versatile and intuitive platform that offers me a set of functions that have been adapted to the Organization. I love the benefits of sales automation, marketing and customer service as the main offer in a single package easy to implement. I dislike a little the fact that the processes are not fully automated, so I have to use many clicks, the marketing and sales processes lack the tools for updating potential clients where effective business management is affected. Technical support and customer service could improve them to provide better advice. I really like that Salesfusion is constantly evolving to stay relevant. A lead management tool is not only a financial investment but a significant time investment. It takes time to bring staff up to speed on how to use a platform and then be able to make the most out of it. The fact that Salesfusion stays up-to-date and goes the extra lengths to make sure the product continues to meet our needs now and into the future is incredibly important. I would also like to note with all of improvements to the platform there is always training and adequate support. I just wish Salesfusion had more integrations into other services. Their CRM integrations are great. Give us more connections into services like that. I think the best experience is that you can edit a majority of the items and customize it to your liking.

1. it needs to be faster when you edit something
2. instead of clicking on the drop down to edit something you should be able to just click in the box
3. you should be able to sort your task by date on the mobile version
4. Android version needs cleaned up to the point where it look more professional like the iphone

This is the best marketing software for business but sometimes it cannot provide the best market price of our customers. Apart from being able to make sugar related puns, everything about it. It's a VERY easy CRM to use and as a new hire straight out of college it was great to be able to get a grasp of the technology on the first day. The search functionality is flawed at the best of times. You can add a lead, work on a contact then close out and come back only for it to tell you that the data doesn't exist, when you know it does. For a platform oriented towards small businesses, the version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us with a large amount of data and communications. The design and the various pages of the user portal are elegant and easy to navigate. We can store all the data we need about our customers and track sales channels, calls, and other communications. The email marketing function is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that allow us to get the email design and send them to clients and customers in a very short time. I have seen the list of features of many CRM platforms and I have discovered that there are usually certain things that some platforms have and others do not. I have read about some email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like the email capabilities of SugarCRM, but it is probably not as comprehensive and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be more oriented towards email campaigns.
