What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar, when used properly, does have the potential to create a lot of great data and link accounts/products in ways to truly help you analyze your territory. Its a fairly customizable platform that displays what you want where you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

The system does have its fair number of glitches. I oftentimes have trouble filtering my searches or have to reload the page when it freezes or isn't responding. Also compared to what I have seen on platforms such as sales force, this isn't a top-notch platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use sugar to input all of our sales data, contact information, create leads and opportunities, and then analyze the data to see where we are falling short in sales and where there is an opportunity for new sales. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Sell is an extremely flexible CRM solution that can be easily customized and provides very robust reporting. It efficiently manages our customer's data and helps in tracking leads, manage customers and track interaction progress of interaction with customers. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Sometimes while performing heavy tasks the tool becomes very slow and slows down our system and we have to relaunch the Sugar Sell. Almost all of the modules can be modified, however, a few of the modules aren't customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Sugar Sell to track leads, utilize marketing automation, customer relationship, opportunities, and projects. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

The adaptability of sugar has revolutionized how we run our operation. The custom reporting has allowed us to analyze data in new ways never before possible. The ability to custom build modules to manage non-traditional CRM functions like our maintenance crew have allowed us to elongate other third party ticketing systems! What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

The email and marketing automation does not fully fit our requirement. We have a short sales cycle so we need a fast nurture program that allows us to close leads within 48 hours. We have found work around a bit it needs additional functionality to best suite our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have a very manual process of understanding where our leads came from and how our employees were converting. We had bad data, low accuracy and often redundant information. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

The ability to easily manage a variety of different marketing workflows as well as being able to track and convert prospects to visit the site. Social Media management is also a huge plus. The Metrics are quite insightful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sugar Sell is used by our team as main engine to support sales. it helps a lot in lead generation, their management, analysis etc. Sugar Sell is very flexible and efficient to use. Sugar Sell is used by our marketing and sales team to track prospects and customers. It's a good cost effective solution. Sugar Sell is extremely customizable. Unlike other CRMs, Sugar allows you to create, edit, and modify virtually any feature to make it work with your workflow. Creating reports in Sugar Sell is extremely easy. I might recommend Sugar to a small company that is working with a tight budget. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

For a platform geared towards small business, over version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us to many a wealth of data and communications. The layout and various pages in the user portal are sleek and easy to navigate. We can store all of the data we need about our customers and track sales pipelines, calls and other communications. The email marketing feature is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that let us get emails design and out to leads and clients in very little time. The templates are usually very nicely designed and allow for modifications to help fit our specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

I've seen the list of features of many CRM platforms out there and find that there will usually be certain things that some platforms have that others don't. I've read about a few email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like SugarCRM's email capabilities, but it's probably not as full-featured and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be geared more towards email campaigns. SugarCRM seems to be one of the more powerful CRM platforms that can also be used with comfort by small businesses. By comfort, I mean the usage and pricing aren't beyond what I think most small businesses can handle. Any CRM can likely make your business run more efficiently from many angles, but I think SugarCRM is particularly good for its price and can be a good value for your company. The metrics and other feedback information in our SugarCRM account really give us the upper hand when it comes to analyzing our overall sales and marketing efforts. We have access to solid numbers data, along with more textual feedback from clients, that gives us a meaningful picture of our current state with a road map to actual actions. We see a good amount of increased efficiency when it comes to using the SugarCRM platform compared to not using it. Sugar CRM is the best for the marketing. Sugar CRM is the best tracker for our business but sometime it cannot work because the bad and slow internet connection services.
