It is a good CRM tool in market nowadays . I have been using the same for less then 1 year . It has helped us to improve our sales processes in the organization.It has made communication between sales, marketing teams very easy . Business relationships have been improved using the same.It makes the sales cycle easier and shorter.It helps us to analyze data in multiple divisions such as finance , sales , marketing , development. It is multi-functional tool. Tracking of sales process has been made easy through the same.There are number of options in template emails designs which helps in building our buisness and clients. One thing i have found very difficult in using CRM that is for a newbie this tool is very difficult to use . I recommend its management to provide easy training modules to understand the tool .It takes lot of time to understand all the features of it. And interface of the same is also very complex to understand. Its tracking for customers is very limited also .Whatever you are writing must be in caps . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support team is outstanding-they answer questions easily and I appreciate how they go beyond answering questions. The software is simple to use-the interface is user-friendly and particularly the e-mail developer is easy to drag and drop for e-mail promotions. This year, I have used your Advanced Analytics software and the reporting features are nice to connect our CRM sales data with our leading data and processes. What I like best about SugarCRM is the fact that you can tailor it to your business. My company has many different types of verticals and many different personas, being able to capture information for each of them is important to us. Being able to have multiple tabs for each person with custom fields is the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most is their lack of through documentation, a lot of my learning of the software was trial and error. I also feel like their reporting module is still weak and automation for Professionals does not exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has worked well and really empowered our sales process. For the first time, we are able to easily see where a pursuit is in the sales process. Overall, it has increased our team selling and made communication more efficient across the selling team. Our company is able to adjust the system software to fit our specific needs with ease simply by reaching out to the support team. SugarCRM is very flexible and efficient at handling this process due to the workflow integration where approvals and notifications can be set.

Sugar Sell is extremely flexible and efficient CRM that is capable of capturing useful data that is important to our organization. It helps us in tracking leads, managing customers and tracking interaction with our customers. It improves the interaction process with other internal departments in the organizations. Sugar Sell consumes a lot of browser system memory and slows down our system and crashes browser very often. Another thing I dislike about Sugar Sell is that we cannot log in from multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have worked with SugarCRM for many clients and it is a cost-effective solution as compared to its competitors like Salesforce and it has essentially all of the features of salesforce and more at a lower price. This solution is extremely flexible, easy to use and ability to customize the reporting. It helps us to track all of our interactions with our clients and allow us to monitor the entire sales funnel. It is easily integrated with emails, so users get an email update whenever a status is changed. It is laid out in a very intuitive manner and can manage thousands of entries and customers. It doesn't allow us to easily merge duplicate entries and data will get lost while transfer and another improvement required in the reporting capabilty section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new email builder is nice but you can't yet use it to buildout nurture campaigns which sucks. They added a lot of new features to it since the old one like a drag and drop option for images etc. It's decently easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been having several issues with this software since it switched ownership. Several bugs in the email nurturing process. Forget about being able to test them and the pauses are way off. Not sure what's going on there but I quit using it completely because every time I try and built a new campaign I get so frustrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
