What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarCRM is the most demand able software in market these days. It supports in accurate account management for sales related works. This tool is handling sales automation as well as marketing automation. It can also manage customer relationship requirements. I am using it daily for customization and automation. Without this tool my works are totally incomplete. It has various features like sales automation, marketing management, call center automation and many more. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

One drawback which I have found in my experience is it has limited storage facility which sometimes create difficulties for me. Otherwise it plays excellent role in market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best advantage is that Sugar CRM is very easy to use. It has some simple steps to work out. It has centralized storage. We can track the applications here. This tool also helps us in payment schedule of our employees. It can set proper time and date, so we don't have to use another program for time setting. This tool offers multi-currency support. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarCRM is one of the leading tools which manages customers on the marketing solution. It has very good capability in customization as well as sales automation. It is available as a cloud-based solution. Here the mobile access also available for the users. This software provides excellent results for reports and dashboards. This is very flexible and easy to use. SugarCRM is an open source, that's why users can easily track the applications as their needs. I use this software in regular basis, and it helps me a lot in sales department. The thing that I like the most is it can run offline on your own server. It also offers multi-currency support. I have experienced several benefits from this tool. First, it is very simple and handy to use. It can run in our mobile phones or tablets also. SugarCRM manages the payment works of the organization. The customer support team is very responsive. Secondly, here we can pull data very easily and quickly when the clients need. We can use this in tracking applications, determining eligibility, managing payments of employees etc. It has the capacity to handle the sales automation, marketing automation, account management and customer relationship management needs. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

Sugar as a core idea is the only full automation system compatible with Sage CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

Probably the worst support I have ever experienced. I have wasted countless hours explaining my issues to the support team, they don't seem to actually listen to what I am saying before sending back the most brainless response possible and sending links to the documentation. Then they try to close the cases. They fall back by blaming Sage CRM and keep telling us that our Sage CRM is "not standard", however our Sage CRM is 100% standard. The system is absolutely full of bugs - for any one thinking of signing up you should know that there are over 1 thousand open bugs on the portal. During the implementation process, we have been trying to get the system up and running for over 12 weeks and every time we move forward something else that is critical goes wrong and we spend hours of time trying to get Sugar Market to take responsibility.

The email manager/system works well, but the rest of the system is unstable. Salesfusion was recently acquired by Sugar and the whole transition process has been awful and you can tell that they haven't thought a plan through thoroughly. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Sell really makes it easy for us to track leads, sales account and manage customer accounts. The tool is extremely flexible and is capable of performing large data operations and complex tasks. We can easily create tasks and associate them with almost anything in the Sugar Sell system and set reminders for the tasks to easily follow up with the customers. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

This SugarCRM system is well utilized by the entire organization team. It is a cloud-based software that allows us to customize if we require to add extra functions in it. It can easily organize our contact and accounts that help larger department stay in touch. It is one of the cost-effective solution and available to be self-hosted also. This CRM is being used across the whole organization in the sales, marketing and support team.
