What do you like best about Sugar Market?

This platform has proved to be a valuable asset. It seamlessly syncs our CRM data with our email marketing in a way we have been unable to previously. This provides a faster response than we had previously, making our touchpoints much more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

Navigation can take a minute to get used to, and while it grows on you bringing new users onboard takes some time. Support can take a day or two to get back to us when we have unorthodox requests. Thankfully both are minor, negligible issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sugar Market:

If you're already using SugarCRM (or Sugar Sell) then this is a no-brainer for a trial run. It's really pretty seamless. The onboarding process is in-depth and really worth the time investment. I'd also suggest bringing in at least two user for that training to help absorb everything and get the most out of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Market solving and how is that benefiting you?

The sync with our CRM is the most important issue. Previously we had time delays, issues with consistency, and hurdles over the size of the data moving between the two platforms. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I liked how relational the database of contact information was when I was setting up a new file or retrieving an existing user file to make a prospect call list from. It was really easy to find all the contact details as well as to see the notes and past history related to each contact posted in the user files. The data flowed very well and was all on one page and you didn't have to move around too much to see the information you wanted to know about each client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Sugar was really slow when it came to updating files or downloading data. If you wanted to move around on the page you had to scroll and scroll which took forever. I did not like how it seemed glitchy after using it for two years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugar was a good place to help manage customer contact information and possible sales opportunities that were upcoming for both the inside and outside sales team. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

First i like how the system has a wide deployment across different devices and the easy of using the functions. The product has a very responsive notification reminder and the social media integration for marketing its more effective.

Email builder 2.0 has had some issues so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sugar Market:

They seem to still be working out some mostly minor bugs and it might be worth waiting a little before switching if possible. One of my main trouble areas is with the email 2.0 builder. I like the way this builder is set up (the functionality is more user friendly than the original builder) but there have been minor problems such as the emails not appearing properly for some platforms —specifically Outlook— The organization of emails and lists has also been a minor inconvenience as it is not quite as straightforward as the organization in Act-On. Despite some issues Sugar Market is still an effective tool overall, as it currently stands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarCRM is very flexible, and user friendly to customize. I have the cloud based service on the SugarCRM server, and response time is very fast, and up-time is 99.99%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Latest upgrade to 7.8 is not as visually appealing or simple as the previous version 6.7. Works pretty much the same as far as I can tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My entire business is based on using SugarCRM. The product is integrated into my accounting system Sage 100, and the information passes back and forth seamlessly in the background. We database all leads, prospects, and customers -- and create Opportunities from those records. For making customization one should know coding. Auto-log option for incoming and outgoing calls are not available. The training provided for updations and software is not comprehensive. Take advantage of all of the training and early set up instructions. Become very familiar with the training and user guide available on line.
