This platform has proved to be a valuable asset. It seamlessly syncs our CRM data with our email marketing in a way we have been unable to previously. This provides a faster response than we had previously, making our touchpoints much more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigation can take a minute to get used to, and while it grows on you bringing new users onboard takes some time. Support can take a day or two to get back to us when we have unorthodox requests. Thankfully both are minor, negligible issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked how relational the database of contact information was when I was setting up a new file or retrieving an existing user file to make a prospect call list from. It was really easy to find all the contact details as well as to see the notes and past history related to each contact posted in the user files. The data flowed very well and was all on one page and you didn't have to move around too much to see the information you wanted to know about each client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sugar was really slow when it came to updating files or downloading data. If you wanted to move around on the page you had to scroll and scroll which took forever. I did not like how it seemed glitchy after using it for two years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First i like how the system has a wide deployment across different devices and the easy of using the functions. The product has a very responsive notification reminder and the social media integration for marketing its more effective.
