What do you like best about Sugar Market?

WHEN it works, I like the Customer Journey and Event Management Section showing events they register for and if they attend, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

Synch issues are horrendous between SugarSell and Sugar Markets. No progressive profiling for forms, no ability to block domains, drip programs are not flexible for marketers, not compatible with Go To Meeting so stats have to be manually updated in Markets. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

It offers great potential for Sugar CRM integration since it's owned by Sugar. Many of the automation platforms don't offer great integration with Sugar CRM, or some features are only available for Sales Force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

While it offers a lot of potential for better integration a lot of that is not there yet. For example, custom module integration. The setup and initial launch has been a little buggy, but the support has been good and I think we're getting some of the issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Market solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugar Market handles all of our outbound emails. Plus we are integrating more and more nurture campaigns that have worked really well so far. Lead scores have been super helpful in the past for our sales team and we almost have that up and working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email mktg features are very basic, especially emoticons, images and video mgmt, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SugarMarket helps you in creating landing pages, designing emails and taking care of forms and customer data.

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

The training, UX, template creation is very easy to use for any marketer. You don't need code background. Everything is WYSIWYG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This biggest disconnect is not having the emails in the campaign folder. You have to create the individual emails for each campaign separately and then link them in a higher level campaign folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do you research! There are a number of systems out there. Ensure the ones you look at fit your business need and will allow growth/scalability. This is why SugarMarket was the clear choice for us. Sugar Sell is an excellent platform for organizations that are seeking a scalable, flexible, easy to use solution that can be molded to their organizational requirements both today and into the future. The value is great and you will not receive unexpected bills for excessive API calls or heavy utilization as that is all covered by the standard product. Other significant differentiators are: US based support and two sandboxes (in addition to the production instance). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Centralization of Prospect and Client information has provided one stop for everything we need to know to efficiently work with both Prospects and Clients.
