Sugar Sell offers the customizations you need without being excessive. There is the option to enhance your instance by collaborating with one of their many partners. It has an easy way of writing your own business processes to help automate the administration at the field level.

The user experience is consistent across the various modules, including anything that is customized. Users are able to utilize the system from their computer and mobile devices when they are on the road. They are also able to integrate the Outlook accounts for quick and easy archiving of emails from customers and distributors. Users are able to access the system daily, including weekends. I like it because it segments emails by season and location. Plus, it makes it easy to create, deliver, and optimize incredibly rich, personalized experiences across emails, SMS, mobile apps, reviews, the web, paid ads, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sugar has insanely robust reporting capabilities. Upper management asks a question, we have an answer; the ability to either filter for data or create a report is a feature we can't live without. Sugar's customer support and integration teams go above and beyond to troubleshoot the rare issue with very timely responses. Five stars (all solid gold) for this CRM. Sugar Sell’s open architecture platform allowed us to configure the CRM functionality to better align and support our sales operational processes. The SugarCRM tools available (workflow automation, customizable fields and display screens, document generation, integrations) provided us with the capability to tailor the platform to our business processes. Simplifying processes within the CRM through customizations requires a high level of expertise to manage and maintain the system; however, the benefits gained in process efficiencies, enhanced user experience, and transparency to all departments involved in the various sales and operational processes was worth the technical complexity built into the system.
