What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Sell offers the customizations you need without being excessive. There is the option to enhance your instance by collaborating with one of their many partners. It has an easy way of writing your own business processes to help automate the administration at the field level.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Canned reporting relies on standard fields, which can make reports more challenging, but these challanges can be overcomed. Additionally, some programs are not as straightforward to integrate with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugar Sell tracks our current opportuntities and the various stages for the organization. We have been able to break down opportunities into locations when there are multiple locations within one RFP allowing for capturing revenue wins/loses by location easily. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

What do you like best about Sugar Serve?

The user experience is consistent across the various modules, including anything that is customized. Users are able to utilize the system from their computer and mobile devices when they are on the road. They are also able to integrate the Outlook accounts for quick and easy archiving of emails from customers and distributors. Users are able to access the system daily, including weekends. Implementing Sugar, was assisted with the cloud team of Sugar to assist with implementing our environment based off of our business needs and use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Serve?

The customer portal is limited in it's current capability. Would like to be able to leverage it as a customer support portal for both customers and distributors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Serve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers are able to fill out a web form to request assistance. This is then imported into Sugar, and then routed to the customer service team. Currently the system is more manually driven as the current solution is more of a stop-gap without a fully fledged out cutomer portal.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar has insanely robust reporting capabilities. Upper management asks a question, we have an answer; the ability to either filter for data or create a report is a feature we can't live without. Sugar's customer support and integration teams go above and beyond to troubleshoot the rare issue with very timely responses. Five stars (all solid gold) for this CRM. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

As mentioned, while the data is excellent, Sugar is still working through the visual reporting aspects. The quick workaround is a csv download with some manipulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Sell’s open architecture platform allowed us to configure the CRM functionality to better align and support our sales operational processes. The SugarCRM tools available (workflow automation, customizable fields and display screens, document generation, integrations) provided us with the capability to tailor the platform to our business processes. Simplifying processes within the CRM through customizations requires a high level of expertise to manage and maintain the system; however, the benefits gained in process efficiencies, enhanced user experience, and transparency to all departments involved in the various sales and operational processes was worth the technical complexity built into the system.
