SugarMarket is easy to use for designing emails and landing pages. It also serves as our limited CRM and the customer data management side is easy to understand. Sugar CRM has automation capabilities that help in mapping business processes such as ours. It collects real-time data with all the relevant metrics. This tool has great customization features, which allow our team to connect with respective account managers and help solve the vendor's queries. The flow of information is perfect; carrying out processes, follow-up, completion, and finalization is excellent.
