What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarSell is a robust CRM with features that enables all the Sales team to work productively. The Renewal Console feature helps us to track all our recurring income. By using data enrichment, we can update all the missing details of our prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

There is no free trial for new users. It obstructs people who want to try the product quickly and decide if they need to purchase or not. Limited Third-party Integration options are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a tool that you can leverage with 200 prebuilt reusable integration components to build and launch integrations quickly. It could be a solution worth checking out to see if it will solve any challenges you may be facing around connecting different tools. I just thought it was worth sharing!

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

SugarMarket is easy to use for designing emails and landing pages. It also serves as our limited CRM and the customer data management side is easy to understand. Reporting is robust and again, easy to use. We haven't needed customer service very often, but when we have, everyone has been super responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

We are not yet taking full advantage of the power of the platform, specifically lead scoring. Which is not even a thing to dislike about Sugar; we just haven't found the time to think through this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to being excellent to use on a daily basis, SugarMarket was the best implementation I have personally experienced. The roadmap was clearly defined for us so it was easy to plan which users needed to attend each session. We are increasing our owned customer list, engagement with our biggest fans, segmenting of our growing list, management of landing pages and forms and customer data. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar CRM has automation capabilities that help in mapping business processes such as ours. It collects real-time data with all the relevant metrics. This tool has great customization features, which allow our team to connect with respective account managers and help solve the vendor's queries. It is also easier to implement changes in the application's code to streamline the business process. The great thing is the application is still evolving and giving Salesforce a run for their money. It is a vast framework, and learning about all its features takes time as there is no proper training, tutorials for the application. Salesforce, even though it is priced a bit higher, provides AI capabilities that are not found in Sugar CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend Sugar CRM for Small and medium-sized organizations or in a small team. For bigger sized teams and organizations, I would recommend Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, our product team uses Sugar CRM internally to solve vendor and analysts' queries. They usually come in the form of cases with respective SLAs, which Sugar CRM well maintains. Even though it has little monetary benefits for our team, it does have an impact in the form of smooth case resolution, cross-functional team communication.
