Customer experience is at the heart of what we do so we always make extra efforts in satisfying our clients and customer base. What do you like best about Sugar Serve?

SugarServe helps us to identify the problems or concerns of our customers immediately. It also has an intelligent routing feature, which is good because sometimes, their issues are transferred to other departments, which causes inconvenience to the customers. What do you dislike about Sugar Serve?

The thing that we dislike about this tool is the customization is a bit difficult. Also, the navigation was difficult; we needed to figure it out since there was no customer support or technical support to call on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Serve solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to solve a lot of integrations needed. Also, intelligent reporting is a big help because it summarizes all the performances, which allows the forecast trends while noticing the issue patterns. It has significantly improved our whole team's performance drastically. Another great thing about this tool is, it is efficient and affordable compared to the previous tool that we have used. System Management that helps to create a good relationship with client by collecting data and organizing customer information. Customization is very easy .BPM flexibility let you use the system the way you want it.Integration with third party tools is very helpful.Overall Sugar cell is a great tool that we use for our sales and marketing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Get slower sometimes and takes lots of time to load.Dashboard is very basic more options should be available on dashboard.UI interface is not attracting gives a monotonous feel. It doesn't integrate with phone's camera Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales and my marketing team uses Sugar sell.

Maintaining relationships with clients and organizing leads,sales has become much easy.

Not found (200 internal error) error sometimes while accessing the mobile application. Also, difficult to read the emails at times. Other than that, a good app for automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In this tool, many options are available, which can be confusing to understand at first because very little documentation is provided. The cost of this tool is a little bit higher than its alternatives. This tool takes a lot of time to get installed on your machine and sometimes it also gets crashed while working.
