Easy to use.
Navigation is super easy.
User interface is nice.
The support team is very amazing.
Dashboard user expreience is good.

The plugins doesn't work well. Not working well with third party apps.
Initial cost is higher.
It is not so customizable, although it has lot of features.
It is sometimes very laggy or takes time to load.
Lack of integration with other tool. We had tried to integrate it, but we had to face many issues, even the support team isn't much effective.

Single email builder is a great functionality.
It increases efficiency and reduces the overall cost.
Strong user community and members are very helpful within the community.
Web tracker and alerts are very helpful for our marketing team.

It has provided us with Financial/organizational viability and KPI for all users.

Documentation should be imporved, although implementation was seamless. But a proper documentation will help new users to understand it.
Very steep learning curve in starting as the product has too many features.

1) It is so easy to set up.
2) Search functionality is amazing.
3) It helps us to organize a lot of information with ease.
4) The data can be copied to another server very easily by the database system.
5) It is integrated with email, it is very helpful to get any update on email.

1) UI is not so much appealing. The user experience is lacking.
2) It doesn't support multiple device login. Hence, very cumbersome to use sometimes.
3) The email campaign is not so good in Sugar CRM.
4) It takes so much time in system load.

Sugar Serve is a tool that has helped us improve the way we serve our customers. We deployed it because of its immense reach, multiple functionalities and stand out features. Working on cases and resolving customer queries has been a lot easier because I get all the features I need on the dashboard which is easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing honestly. I've used 8 different CRM platforms (from what I can remember maybe more) and sugar is the worst that I've used. It's unnecessarily complicated, adds too many steps to do something simple, and other CRM platforms combine several different features into one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't even know where to start. EVERYTHING. As stated in the response above, I've used several CRM platforms in my career and there is nothing special about sugar. Other systems other systems on the market, combine several features into one so all you need is just that system.
