What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Pretty simple, no frills, customizable layouts. I like Studio, but do not have anything to compare it to. Mass updating records through import is much simpler than SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Lack of integrations comparable to SFDC. Some functionality that one may think would come out of the box require an add-on(mostly from legacy w-systems packages). For example, "advanced" report scheduling, which can include a link to the report, embedding in the email, etc. Report creation is a bit tedious at times, having to click into the various database tables first to find the appropriate fields. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

SugarCRM helps us automate our whole marketing operations. Sugar CRM has all features like workflow automation, analytics and contacts management, etc. get real-time prompts and recommended CRM updates supported each customer interaction. SugarCRM may be a very reliable and effective CRM tool. it is easy to use and features a good interface. Their reporting and analytics function is extremely comprehensive. What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

The documentation is very less it becomes difficult to understand all the options. for new users, i think it is difficult to understand. and the UI can be made better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1- Ability to customize the way you want it.

2- Incredibly Adaptive.

1- The user interface could have been a bit attractive and friendly.

2-Seems like it is outdated with no monotone.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

1. Easy interface to understand for users (though not all of it is good)

2. Easy to understand admin console

1. BWC modules which includes campaign module

2. Discover is way behind Salesforce Einstein

3. Partner network is not very strong in India

4. No Datacenters in India

5. Overall thoroughness and matureness of product/solution. Too many bugs and defects

6. While working on Admin panel, users lose data if they are punching in CRM

7. Takes time to load and users lose their patience sometime

8. Can't open reports and documents in Sugar Mobile app. Doesn't integrates phone's camera

9. Not able to customize internally sharing records email through admin panel

What do you like best about Sugar Serve?

This move to SELL and more so for SERVE allows me to change how we use our CRM from a reportable, database that I can allocate process to, but it is still driven by the user completing the tasks and hindered when they don't.

SERVE with CJP and BPM allows a strategic staged process with automated reinders and steps that need to be followed to enable the progress and access to the next steps. This means milestone steps are not missed, data and integrity is maintained, the CX customer experience is built-in and the all important relationship with our customers and other areas of the business are not missed, forgotten.

All this has a better transparency of process and stage in live, real time reporting to your team, and top down from exec to user. Finding gaps and building effeicies are now quick and fairly easy to accomplish.

To the user, it is streamlined and usable, not convoluted.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

The initial upgrade from Pro to Sell was quick, clean, and could be updated with little work not to appear different to the end user.

Moving forward, what can now be done with BPM and SELL means many of the smaller wishlists required could now be implemented, making the CRM more usable, insightful and have the bonus of quick wins!

The overall capabilities meant the general impression of a CRM will now move from a practical, reportable database to a functional, process-driven tool that will save time, create efficiencies, and, as the slogan says 'Do the work for you.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

I want more graph options for reporting and visual source on dashboards. For instance, to allow for detailed data table, pivot, and options available in the Advanced reporting options on Dashboards, as well as to drill in to the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Automated the change of fields as a different field/option is updated.

2. Automation of standard set future tasks, that would normally need to be created manually be each user.

3. Round robin assignment set up and changes are easier.

4. New reporting with the aid of BPM, to allow for us to now see the 'last' comment description in a communication/call. To use this in a report for opportunity instead of receiving every communication description ever for that opportunity.

5. Many more quick fixes can now be done, and this leads me to future capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sugar sell offers many advanced features such as email marketing, analytics, easy to use, integration with many popular third party applications that enables access to a variety of markets worldwide that can be traded with the assistance of expert advisors. This powerful automation software is characterized by multiple functionalities. It has helped me to expand marketing ROI, optimize allocations, upgrade CX and retention. It takes care of all the marketing needs with its automatic technology that helps to make more progress. Its database management and reporting features are easy to navigate. It is fully featured program that fulfills all requirements for marketing automation. It can also be incorporated with other CRMs such as Sage, Salesforce and, Microsoft dynamics.
