The user interface could be improved, the SMS tool is not very convenient and needs improvement, the search function only gets you one client at a time if you type multiple client id's and it's missing real-time updates throughout the whole of the functionalities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

As an administration specialist for SugarCRM, I enjoy the ease of access to the admin tools and the clarity of how they are used properly. It makes password resets, deactivating users and more much quicker to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If not kept organized, records can become messy. This can easily be avoided with proper maintenance by users and their managers to avoid too many duplicates or unclear records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

SugarCRM's flagship marketing automation solution that brings you a high-definition view of your customer experience. Market transforms how mid-sized marketing teams reach their audience and measure success throughout the buyers' journey by putting the platform to work. I also believe in letting the platform qualify leads with robust nurture campaigns and sophisticated artificial-intelligence-driven lead prediction scoring and models. I believe in letting the platform attract website visitors and understand how they interact with digital assets. I believe in letting the platform capture leads with conversion-driving landing pages, emails, and forms built with intuitive, drag-and-drop builders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
