What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I do like how you can filter data pretty easily. Building filters to get to data quickly is important in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Action buttons, the ability to customize the application's look and feel based on usage patterns. Filtering, layout changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paging and the way that large lists are loaded. I would love to see the ability to customize and define the number of records to load for each category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

its more user-friendly, easy to navigate. pull reports and do quick searches. I also am admin so adding and removing is quick and easy as well. Very much a needed program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I like being able to set reminder for myself when I have to follow something up with a customer. This way , when I go back to see the customer next time everything is up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Annual leave is time-consuming to enter into the system.

When I have interruptions to my schedule, I find the system is clunky when I want these changes reflected in Co-driver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Co-Driver is helping me remember all the quotes, leads and orders I have outstanding. This makes my role more professional and organised, reulting in better customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

I love Nurture 2.0. It is an awesome way to set up drip campaigns and also automate a lot of customer contact. I also love the flexibility with email details such as domain names and send from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

Their form program does not allow picture submissions. This is an important aspect for us. The program also forces you to put stuff in folders but you are unable to access the folders. The customer service team is also very hard to get in touch with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

We started with the basics of pipeline management and contact management. This was easy to implement and adoption was high. As we have been able to build on that platform, SugarSell has been there fore us allowing us to branch out into automation, data collection and BPM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

The reporting could do with a little beefing up, or just made a little easier to build bespoke fields like ratios etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visibility into the pipeline, data sorting, automation and business process management have led to an ability to run the sales division much more smoothly. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

The setup of all different digital campaigns, from nurtures and triggers to one-off emails, forms, landing pages; the features are robust and you can do a ton with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Market?

It is weird that the quirkiest CRM integration I've experienced with Sugar Market is with Sugar CRM; it is counterintuitive to me, but I've had more success with dynamic lists, lead creation from forms, and task creations from behaviors in nurtures in other CRMs than in their own.
