What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Our ability to track and categorize the sales customer journey has created transparency in the sales process and when we expect to close the sale. A clear timeline of the customer interaction and our central repository of documentation is essential to keeping the transition from sales to the onboarding process smooth. With a clear relationship between opportunities, quotes, and products, we understand what sells and when it should impact our business financially. The close integration between Sugar Sell and Sugar Market has enabled us to create an end-to-end customer journey, from initial lead nurture to subscriber. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Some remnants of previous versions of Sugar Sell (outdated modules, tools, etc.) are challenging to use or customize. We have still succeeded in using these modules, but considerable work was needed to customize our sales journey or quote creation. I would expect Sugar to focus more on these parts of the product to give the user a better experience. Over time, Sugar has whittled down obsolete parts of its product and continually released meaningful updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugar Sell simplifies the complex sales and onboarding process--as we are an internet service provider, there are countless processes and data requirements to provide amazing internet to our customers. We require +30 different activities (tasks, calls, emails, etc.) for a complete customer journey and Sugar allows us full transparency, goal and financial tracking, and so much more. What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

The most satisfying feature is having the complete administration, personalizations and integrations on my end so I can make my instance as my company is developing in time.

Plus, having all the automation needed at a no-code level is lovely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Sell has so many features; the only dislike that we have is that it is very exhaustive to have all of them enabled in one stage; we needed to do more implementation stages to get all of the features running.

We have total control of the commercial efforts, follow-ups, cash flow, forecast and interactions between executives and our team.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

This is a nifty system designed such that you are able to see all your sales or marketing related activities, share them with the team, track progress in client engagement and be able to extract reports periodically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Reports typically take long to load. Also, I have found the wheels spinning for extended periods of time when I try to search for an account or person. I wish it was easier to get to the information I need with fewer clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sugar Sell is basically managing customer interactions and engagements, and helps to monitor progress made with leads. It is beneficial for documentation of all the salient data with reference to selling and marketing activities. I am very interested in its reporting capabilities. What do you like best about Sugar Market?

I won't say it have an excellent UI to be honest here but kind of a decent Dashboard will all the needful information is available for you. Its like ready to go without much changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As already mentioned it is not easy in the first run... Unless you explore it several times once you get handy then it won't be a problem. Integration with sugar CRM can be a problem as it crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I like how flexible and customizable the platform is. It really allows you to customize it so meet your organization's needs with little-to-no programming knowledge. The Studio functionality as well as the Process Definitions allow admins to built staight forward automations to help minimize tedious administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

The biggest problem with Sugar is that there are few integrations and 3rd party apps available. If you're using it as a CRM, you want to be able to plug that customer data into multiple platforms. While different applications recognize other platforms like Salesforce, it's rate that Sugar will be one of the native integrations. Even Zapier doesn't work perfectly as it can be very difficult to look up and edit records in Sugar through integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Market?

Having a complete view from where I am getting leads, making my efforts more valuable.

Having the dashboard already configurated with the most common data gave the marketing leader a step forward from the beggining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sugar Market does not have a direct ROI calculator, making it difficult to track the investments.
