What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

With this tool, you can know each of our clients' characteristics; when you understand this, you can work marketing campaigns for different audiences from your database; the integration that it has through its API is essential to have a 360 environment in your company. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Managing some parts of the platform requires advanced knowledge or help from a third-party agency to resolve cases. This generates an additional cost. If you have a low budget, another tool may be cheaper to maintain over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

As an admin, I love the flexibility of creating dashboards and reports our sales representatives need. Sugar Sell also has incredible support for optimizing our usage through customizations and troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

I would like to see greater implementation of no-code solutions for running more complex reports and customizting views for users. As we move to more no-code softwares, some parts of Sugar Sell seem a little outdated despite working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Serve?

Sugar Serve condensates all the information you need to take customer service to the next level.

ANYTHING that you need to know about your clients can be either entered by the user or integrated with another solution to have the whole picture in one screen.

Also, multichannel communication is key for us. Our clients can reach us by email, call, bot, and many others, and we still have everything centered in the Sugar database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Serve?

The Customer Journey is a part of the solution that it´s mighty, but you need to make various iterations to have it on point for the SLA´s; although the certificated partner helps you to configure it, the company keeps evolving, and you need to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Serve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple, having everything in one sight.

Before Serve we needed to go to many solutions to look for the information, service level, last communication, status, etc. Now we have all in Serve plus having all the departments involved keeps us on time for the responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
