What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

How flexible it is and how we have been able to adapt it with ease as our business has grown. For example we have added extra modules in-house, somethign I haven;t been able to do with other CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarCRM helps to manage and monitor customer information, drive sales leads, sort out client requests and carry out additional sales and marketing functions.

Great to derive insights about the leads/accounts in creating informed business decisions.

SugarCRM can be accessed by mobile devices as it has the facility to enter prospect details seamlessly on a mobile device and can also be linked with a number of third-party applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Our support rep seems to be only out to make a dollar and isn't actually caring about what we need for our business. We've tried some other areas to try to get more information on training and those people seem to be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

UX is great, very easy to use. The Tool is also extremely robust with both admin configuration as well as code extensions within the Sugar framework. Not only is it a great sales and customer serivce tool, it can also be extended to be a custom database wtih custom objects/module and custom functionality. Recently added functionality like the focus drawer and action buttons allow for ease of use and the ability to have allfunctionality on one page without having to open multiple windows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Reporting tool could be improved, however the work-around for that is Sugar discover or an integration to an existing Business Intelligence tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit overkill for what we need, but what we do need, it does perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us keep track of the companies and the people that we deal with. It allows us to create custom fields to show what customers can buy what products. We are able to write reports to export contacts based on these fields so we can focus specific product email campaigns on the appropriate customers.
