What do you like best about Sugar Market?

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar CRM has all the capabilities to build a good customer card history. You see clearly what dates are known and can build a nice calendar for an account manager with his/her tasks, appointments and phone calls. Is it easy to use and clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

If a contact works at multiple clients, you must create this contact multiple times. Because of this way of adminsitration, there is unnecessary administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

Sugar sell is customizable on the module, field, and process level. We've been able to manipulate our instance in pertty incredible ways to perform complex workflows and work for our unique style of business. That's been really impressive for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Though you can build beautiful dashboards of data, you have no place to input goals. What good is a set of numbers without a goal?

We've experienced some bugs in later versions that I really wouldn't have expected to see in later versions, which was frustrating. We also have some emails then send when processes run and sometimes they send right away, other times we're waiting around for up to 30-50 minutes. It doesn't seem to be resolvable. Sugar sell helps us organize account and client information, while tracking processes and workflows those records are involved in. We're able to attribute activity with these records and identify if they've lead to business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I like the customization aspect, scheduled reporting and the robust dashboards. I find customer support overall positive. Some have started included videos to explain resolutions which I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

I havne't figured out a way when someone leaves or starts to easily update BPM's, dashboard reports etc with the nes person. Wish there were weekly tips sent to users with features we may not know about or utilize properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

I like the mass update option

Also, how easy it is to navigate and find all records right there, for example when you are in the Accouint table, you can see invoices, ship to addresses, contacts, etc. This is very important to have it all there when you are part of the Sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

We, well, I personally, liked almost everything. The only downside was when we had to constantly clear our cookies and cache otherwise Sugar CRM would appear just blank. When trying to reach out Sugar Support, we barely received any communication. That makes it really hard, especially for the sales and engineering team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We actually encounter a lot of Sugar lack of communication.
