For me, the lead scoring and nurture flow builder is the absolute standout. Being able to assign points to specific actions, like if a prospect downloads a white paper or attends a live session, allows us to prioritize our time effectively. The drag and drop nature of the campaign builder makes it easy to visualize the customer journey. I also really value the native SEO audit tool. It's aanice extra that lets us check our landing page performance and mobile responsiveness right within the platform without having to bounce back and forth between different plugins or third-party tools. The platform can feel a bit sluggish during peak usage hours. I've noticed some slow loading times when I'm trying to pull large, complex reports or when I'm deep into the HTML editor for a custom email template. This lag can be pretty frustrating when you're under a tight deadline to launch a campaign. Also, the interface is functional but definitely looks a bit dated compared to some of the sleeker, Silicon Valley startups.
