I like the modules that are provided and the fact that you can always get back to them, review and pause the video content for instance.

I would advise SuccessCOACHING users to go thoroughly through all courses, take notes and try to apply every given advice to their current Customer Success strategy.
SuccessCOACHING provides a non exhaustive list of best practice that will help you build your playbooks, go-to market strategies.

SuccessCOATCHING provides a variety of used cases and scenario which can apply to all Industries that have decided to embrace a customer success approach.
What it brings is a high level overview for every specific responsabilities Customer Success Managers can endorse.
I have learn many different things that go from understanding and identifying my target audience to negotiation skills and deal closing.

Provided a fantastic overview of a new field of work, instilling confidence in my ability to step into work as a Customer Success Manager.

Some sections had muddled chapter notes, making it harder to utilise alongside the presentation audio/video. Some segments also seemed to lean a lot of "inspirational" quotes, which often didn't add much beyond icebreaking a new topic

**Recommendations to others considering SuccessCOACHING:**

Start with the 101 course! The foundational knowledge was helpful for me, who isn't yet working in the CSM field. But it's also framed as a fantastic tool to strengthen the skillsets of budding CSMs already in their first job!

SuccessCOACHING is improving my range of certifications and opening up new work opportunities for me.

The courses are effective structured for quick absorption and designed to help you immediately implement the concepts you learn.

If I had to define a downside to SuccessCoaching, it would be the breth of material covered. The courses are designed with many bulleted learning objectives which makes broad topis easier to digest but also repetitive at times. Good note taking is a must.

I would highly recommend you invest in SuccessCoaching regardless of what stage you're at in your career. This formal training provides an education you won't get with hands on learning.

This course helped us review our internal customer success processes and improve how we approach our client interactions. We had basic processes in-place and catagorized client engagement plans, but SuccessCoaching took us to a whole new level. We heavily utilized the templates they provided us to create success plans and playbooks. We also each learned nuanced ways to improve our individual approahes to client success.

Most helpful about this course was, that I could study anytime I wanted, I could stop a video or go back to it when I needed. I also appreciated those little tests, where I could track my understanding and progress and also prepare for the big test in the end. Study materials in pdf were also a huge plus, because I could take notes in them.

**What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?**

During the final test there was an opportunity to mark questions to which I’d like to return which was great. The only minor thing is that in the end I almost overlooked the button where I could see the unanswered questions and almost clicked submitting button.

This is really good course, the only recommendation from me would be, to take enough time to go through the course. It’s quite extensive.

While I was already familiar with some of the concepts, this course deepened my knowledge and understanding, especially in terms of practical implementation. The structured approach helped me see new perspectives and apply strategies more effectively in real-world scenarios.

It also really helps that you can do it online at your own pace, with no pressure, allowing you to fully absorb the content and learn in a way that fits your schedule. I really appreciated the tests after each module, as they helped reinforce my learning and ensure I fully understood the material.

Honestly...nothing. I think they have hit the target for me!

The bite sized training segments with follow-up quizzes along the way.  Since it is on-demand, you can review any training until it becomes a part of you.  Also, the downloads and recommended reading at the end of each module were GREAT!

The only way it could be better is to include a live AMA session periodically for all subscribers.

The content literally comes from the best Customer Success professional trainers in the world, so it's seasoned & informative. The examples and courses all provide real world examples & training on Best Practices to address.

**What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?**

One area of improvement would be more dynamic visuals throughout the coures. While the audio content and tests are great, the audio content would profit from more visuals woven throughout the content.

**Recommendations to others considering SuccessCOACHING:**

It's a great introduction for new CSMs and great refresher training for experienced CSMs. It's also valuable for CS-centric Orgs to have other team members attend, so they can see the CSM perspective in their own company.

**What problems is SuccessCOACHING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Success is all about helping Customers meet their Desired Business Outcomes and Time Management. Period. The job is never done, the Customer Journey is never complete and the there's always more work to do, so a CSM needs to make informed, good decisions, that deliver the most value possible to their Customers and their employer. This course and training intrinsically understands the above and delivers content and training that helps a CSM get better!

I like that it's self-paced, covers the whole CSM journey, and what to expect.

Some details feel a little outdated, but otherwise, it's really great and I don't have any complaints.

When I started in Customer Success, I was in Implementation. SuccessCoaching Level 1 CCSM course offers huge benefits for someone like me who was in a decently siloed org where the whole CS picture wasn't clear. Understanding what CS and CSMs do, made my world in Implementation and the move to becoming a CSM so easy. While I had a ton of transferrable skills, this pulled together the whole picture for me and our team.

They break it into sections to ensure if you need to review any course they are easy to find.  They also provide worksheets and tools to keep for personal use.

The narrator is very slow.  You can speed up but with how slow he speaks it is easy to lose focus.

**Recommendations to others considering SuccessCOACHING:**

I would definitely recommend for any new or seasoned CSM, as it can provide reminders, tools and resources to start, or bring up speaking points for those seasoned.

Being new to a Customer Success Manager role these courses have deemed useful and resourceful to assist in my success.  The tools given and knowledge gained will no doubt equal success and happy clients and company when put to use.

Course design was logical, stragiht forward, and sequenced fairly well. I like that there were multiple checks for understanding along the way of each section, rather than merely at the end. It was a nice was to break up mototony of simply watching vidoes ad nauseum, but also allowing for you to check for understanding mid-way rather than waiting till the end.

The UI could be redisigned. It's not great to look at. Presentation effects could be updated too on videos. It seems like the last time these were touched was at least 10 years ago. Just some updates to production values could go a long way.

Definitely look at upping the production on these videos if possible. Otherwise I enjoyed the epxerience.

SUccessCOACHING provides the fundementals of how to be a CSM. I had experience as one prior to this course, and it ddid a great job of covering basics (like client communication, escalation, EBRs, etc.) while also teaching me a few new things that I had never learned were industry standards across CSMs. It was great to level set my prior knowledge to align closer to the standards, while also enhancing new skills. Specifically where I gained the most in problem solving. I have a tendency to immediately solve the problem I hear, rather than diving deeper. SuccessCOACHING made me put a sticky note on my desk reading "what are you trying to accomplish?" reminding me to dig deeper into the problem, and try to discover if this potentially a symptom of a larger issue to be solved.

The content. The content is superb. I love how it deals with foundational principles and then moves from there to practice. Other trainings will either neglect the foundational principles and skip right to practice or only focus on the foundational principles without leading you through to practice. The format. Slideshows are helpful. However, media experience really needs to be improved. You should be able to see the presenter and have more than just slideshows.

Set an hour a week per lesson & take good notes. Discuss the contents with soemone in your CS team or as a group. The group review with your team is so important so that you can discuss how the contents of each lesson apply to your unique team.

I loved getting the chance to meet other CSMs and just hear how everyone was using the tools to meet their customers where they were at. Additionally, it was a great tool for our internal team to use to grow in our impact to customers. It opened the door for a lot of great conversations.

I wish it was more weeks, honestly! Other than that, it would have been helpful to bring in more use cases to the meeting together. I would have liked the badge to last for a bit longer. Processes and trends change of course, but not so much that you need re-certification every two years. I also think they could stand to use a more robust learning platform.

**What problems is SuccessCOACHING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cover gaps in my professional skills so as to be able to improve and/or refine process, experiment with customer communication to bring better results, showcase more value to customers, focus my efforts when and where it matters, and implement new tactics or processes.

**What do you like best about SuccessCOACHING?**

Well paced sessions that presented information in clear and precise chapters.

**What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?**

The testing was the least disliked aspect of this course. Each test would use wording not found in the sessions or used wording just different enough to make the question unclear or have multiple answers that were not part of the test answer. Made it very hard to pass with a good score because I found myself second guessing and each time that happended the answer I gave was wrong.

**Recommendations to others considering SuccessCOACHING:**

Take good notes for the final test. You cannot use the handouts to refer back to very easily.

**What problems is SuccessCOACHING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I work for is implementing CCSM values into our everyday work and this course provided example processes and terminology to use when making CCSM a lifestyle and company centric focus.

I liked how it breaks down the stages of customer success onboarding and the whole cycle from end to finish.

**What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?**

I would like if the prices for the second certification weren't as expensive, but overall I like it. I would encourage them to sell more to combates adopting the CEM positions

If you are sales related, I suggest to learn more about the relationship building to form successful retention rates

Having the company understand the way building rapport affects their long term customer rwtwntoon and satisfaction

Each module was appropriately paced; not too long and not too short.

**What do you dislike about SuccessCOACHING?**

I don't think there were any downsides to the program.

**What problems is SuccessCOACHING solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Success Coaching program provided useful terminology to describe best practices for both collaboration with internal department as well as customers. It was great to be able to develop shared knowledge with my colleagues about the work we do.
