Recommendations to others considering Subscription Genius:
I'd wait until they get things operating a lot more smoothly before using this. As it stands right now, I wouldn't touch it. We are staying with Shopify for now and trying out Recurring Billing with a company called Checkend. It's an app that can be added on to a regular Shopify store. Right now it's still in Beta for the size of database we've got, but really really hoping this solution will work out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Subscription Genius solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage all my subscribers, renewals and address changes. At the moment we manage our subscribers and mailings with a spreadsheet, which takes HOURS every time we publish an issue.
