What I really appreciate about Submit.com is how flexible it is. We looked at Submittable and GoodGrants before choosing, and while they each have strengths, Submit.com gave us more control over how we build and run our process. The interface is straightforward once you get used to it, and we’ve been able to customize pretty much every step—from application forms to reviewer workflows - without needing a developer. Their support team is also genuinely helpful and responsive, not just during onboarding but whenever we hit a snag. The setup phase took a bit more effort than I expected. It’s not hard, but there’s a learning curve, especially if you're building something complex.
