Getting started is easy, very simple to use UI and the AI is nice as well. Really helps you quickly put together a video to be able to post on SM. It's well put together and seamless. The support is amazing, quick to respond and answer any questions. Never had any issues with being able to get a hold of them and get my questions quickly answered. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the UI and the User experience while working inside Submagic but I also came across a problem or a bug that had not been addressed by any other customer in the past so I and the support team had to work collaboratively to get that fixed and finally we got it fixed and the team was supportive throughout the entire experience so I would highly recommend anyone else giving it a shot because I have no real negative things to say about it. Submagic makes adding captions so easy and it offers great colors for highlighting words, emojis for added visual appeal and several font selections for added customization. You can fuss with prettying it up as much or as little as you want. Their voice to caption timing is rarely off which really saves me a bunch of time! Submagic saves me 30-60 minutes per video by automatically generating near-perfect subtitles. (In Danish!!). The timing of each exact word makes line splitting and sentence structuring super easy!
