The findings reach far and pulled some data from the deep web that we were not aware of. It really helped increase our visibility and we were able to respond appropriately. The industry benchmarks are very helpful as well and helps our leaders make better decisions. The VIP monitoring is amazing and with so many breaches we got early alerting and covered our VIPs before the issues started getting worse.

Really helpful team who are proactive in sharing information in the platform, provide bi-weekly reviews of new findings and explain them in great detail. It feels like they really value your feedback and they are making a lot of positive changes to the platform. A few issues and bugs on the platform which have caused scores to be inaccurate, some findings staying around even if they've been resolved, etc. You do get the sense that this is a new product being created by a small-ish development team, however the benefit of that is also that the team is very responsive and fixes these issues quickly (so it's not all bad, just something observered). The platform is intuitive and provides a very well structured overview of the areas at risk and the recommendations for remediation.
