It's challenging to capture patient data. Only one phone number can be entered at a time, no backup numbers. Cannot search tasks by study ID number. There is only one box for a patient's full name. So if you search the full name but omit the middle initial, the search will not bring up the patient. There needs to be separate fields for first, middle, and last names. Also, the subject number does not populate in the box of patient information when searching for a patient only showes DOB, Phone #, MRN and Trials.
