I like that I can capture client information from their initial inquiry through booking. It is easy to keep track of appointments, invoices and staff members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that there seems to be a required update every day and they often do not work properly. I wish it would allow virtual employees to at least see their schedules without having to pay an additional user fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StudioCloud is a great all in one investment, especially if you're a small business owner. When I was building my private lesson studio, I used this program namely to keep track of scheduling, billing, and all my bookkeeping needs. Due to the fact that I was having to manage all of these roles, having an all-inclusive system that synced with my calendar and phone was appealing. Through this platform I was also able to send messages and reminders to my clients whenever there were schedule changes or payment reminders. While I only utilized a small component, I highly recommend StudioCloud for any professional management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have zero complaints. StudioCloud is free, easily linkable via technological devices. I will say this, however, the user will have to be comfortable with some level of comfort setting up StudioCloud in terms of importing and exporting clients, etc but the tutorials make it relatively user friendly.
