The error codes could be changed to be actual error messages. Why should we have to go to the Rockwell Support website to look up what a fault code really means and the corrective actions required to fix the issue? Then depending on your access level (Tech-Connect versus standard user) you may or may not get enough information to correct the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
