The UI is very intuitive, and works well to make people from both SQL and noSQL background feel right at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think I dislike the possibilities of integration currently. It should be possible to interface with Studio 3t to access it's functionalities through a CLI since it's a lot more than just a visual database explorer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Studio3T is perfect if you ar managing MongoDB, you are a developer of a tool using it as a database, or you just simply need to export some enterprise data to CSV or other sources.
Its a mangificient tool for managing MongoDB. As a Sysadmin I use Studio3T in everyday basis to make some batch queries, to check some critical collections and sometimes also to check cluster status.
What I like the most is the visual query builder. It allows you to easly build queries with just a click & drop. So easy. Also the Aggregate function make's MongoDB aggregation a kids job. When I started using MongoDB I dind't have so much clue about MongoDB databases but was very intuitive to use it.
Recently there is a new feature I love too, the Shared connections. It allows you to share connections between a team, assign roles and allow acces users to some servers and deny others.
Intelli Shell is another tool I use in a daily basis to make scripts to get query or sometimes update in batch.
If you are wondering if you can implement this on your Team, i assure you its easy to do. You just need to create the accounts in the license manager and thats it!
About support its also great. Each of our license only allows for two seats (two computers) and sometimes you would get to that top (changing work PC's for example). But recently, after contacting support, they instantly removed the activations to let me activate them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe performance. Last updates have been a little impacting in system performance.

Easy access of database. Studio3T offers a robust and user-friendly platform for accessing MongoDB databases, making it an indispensable tool for developers, database administrators, and data analysts. Good Customer Support. Sometimes slow when working with large amount of data. Recommend tutorial courses to new users as soon as they join or activate license. It'll be helpful for new users. Courses on 'https://learn.mongodb.com/' are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm using Azure's MongoDB via their CosmosDB vCore offering. Azure does not have a native admin interface. Studio 3T has been perfect for letting me admin my MongoDB instances and perform regular daily queries and light data editing. It makes my day-to-day admin duties very easy! Best thing (compared to Compass) is the Connection Manager and Connection tree. Handling of multiple simultanously connections is quite easy. You must not open a seperate window for each connection. Colorizing those connections helps to mark the "dangerous ones".
Analyse Schema, is really nice for getting an overview about the data.
Copy and pasting items between collections and databases is a must have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copy and Past often selects the hole Document. Even if just one fieldvalue is selected.
Poor usability when sharing connections and/or querys with the team
The Studio 3d look and feel is very classic compared to compass
Openening lots of Collections and Queries on them will result in high memory usage
