Working with licences is a bit confusing, I had to contact support for advice when transferring my licence to another Mac. The price tag, given that a Basic plan for 1 year is chosen, is not very friendly. It's a shame a plan even more basic than the actual Basic is absent as it could be cheaper and find a wider audience that, for price reasons, uses alternatives such as NoSQL Booster. What I also miss is some elementary cloud space that would facilitate storing of connection data so that I don't need to migrate it between laptops manually. Sometimes the application hangs or casps:

For instance, if you set a collection to be viewed as json (instead of tree view) and the default amount of documents is 50, and your documents are big enough, then the application usually hangs. Besides providing a quick and easy way to browse and update your data, Studio 3T has lots of powerful tools for building aggregation queries. You can use SQL (if that's your cup of tea) and quickly get the code for your programming language/API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The JSON data editor is a bit clumsy to use. I often prepare/edit data in another editor or programmatically. I want to be able to paste a JavaScript object and have data types automatically converted, i.e. integers to NumberInt and dates to ISODate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
