There are still some gaps in the controls in respect to the complexity of NetSuite (webservice integrations, for example). There also seems to be cases where changes are marked as non-compliant when they shouldn't be. The good thing is that Strongpoint is very receptive and responsive to reported issues. Strongpoint's Flashlight tool have been absolutely life saving for me and my team on multiple NetSuite accounts with high levels of customization. We were trying to figure out a way to document our customizations: the tool we were using was expensive, and the whole system required manual entry and maintenance by Admins - which is time consuming and extremely error-prone. Flashlight does it all for you, and in a better way. Furthermore, they provide some simple tools and reports to help with other system optimization tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had a few minor issues with updates. Granted they can be a little scary if you're relying on the system as heavily as I do. Just double-check things. Their support has also been EXCELLENT and those were resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It facilitate the change management process for a team with large number of admin.

Some parts are both in financial controls and Change Management (for instance a change in cost center) will be captured by both modules.
