In Kubernetes, it makes switching between contexts, providing access (both role-based and temporary), and configuring your local kube config so seamless and so easy, it is actually painless. We handle dozens of environments and hundreds of datasources, and by leveraging their sdm CLI util, macbook app, and SDK, we are able to provision and maintain it all, with little-to-no issues. We use it multiple times a day and our dev teams use it multiple times an hour. Great customer service with timely, insightful responses. It was fairly easy to integrate into our existing infra. Would not say 'dislike' persay, but there is functionality we are waiting to see included in the sdm CLI to make managing some of the admin resources a bit easier. There is also an odd bug involving incorrect ports/local ports *sticking* to some datasources in the SDM macbook client app. Easy enough to workaround, though. It is a rare occurence.
