As a solar service installation company, it was extremely difficult for us to connect and engage employees! Every job we did we had thousands of dollars wasted due to simple and correctable errors. What I love the most about Strive is my ability to have anything I need, whether it's related to work or well being, at my finger tips in a single platform. My overall experience as a worker is improved through gamification of different tasks and competitions between colleagues. Strive's app has helped our organization tremendously by providing every employee with a direct communication channel to our leadership and the entire team. We have a number of employees without desktop computer or email access, and we have found that the app is a way to increase engagement throughout the entire organization and it has fostered a sense of collective effort that we have not seen before.
