What do you like best about Stripe Terminal?

The ease of use with Stripe is exceptional. We use it for a number of our businesses from service-based to retail and it's the single best solution across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?

Payout times for one of our businesses (terminal based in Ireland) is 7 days, which is frankly, ridiculous. In the US it's 48hrs. It's the one thing that really frustrates us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stripe Terminal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Membership subscriptions split between US and Worldwide. Stripe has been flexible enough that our developer could create a platform that automatically recognizes location and sends funds to the correct business (one in the US, one in Ireland) for payouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stripe Terminal?

I like Stripe does the capturing for me and I do not have to manually enter any credit card information. It also keeps all the information of my orders organized in a way that it is easy to find different items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?

I do wish A premium account wasn't needed to see billing address. Sometimes an order can be malicious or incomplete, being able to verify the billing address can help determine if an order is legitimate or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely take a tutorial on how to navigate the different pages. It was difficult at first, but once I was shown where everything is, it became very easy to navigate and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stripe Terminal solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have sped up my credit card transaction processing times immensely by switching to Stripe for my E-commerce needs. Now that I don't have to manually process my credit card orders one by one, I do not have to pay someone to do busy work that this program has automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
