Stripe support is egregious. It doesn't matter how pressing your issue is, you will have to wait a minimum of 24 hours. There have been a few times where their policies have been frustrating. For example if someone files a dispute 6 months down the line after they've recieved a product/service, Stripe has allowed the customer (with no proof) to completely recoup their payment. While this is a rare instance of someone taking advantage of Stripe's policies, this was a rather large sum that was unrightfully taken from one of my former businesses. There is absolutely no way to reach a real person at Stripe. It was difficult to have colleagues working on projects with historical data because I don't like that it requires someone to have a decent knowledge of web development in order to use the product, because then I can't freely recommend it to others. Stripe has one of the products in the business, and that's not just billing. Their dashboard is very easy for anyone to use, they have quite possibly the best API documentations for any software, and they have great documentation for handling many different use cases. This is a super minor gripe, but it would be nice if there was more clarity in their Python API documentation regarding their objects.
