What do you like best about StringeeX?
It is very easy to use that I can always use it to manage customer support and transfer tickets between teams. When customers interact with us in any channel such as: Phone, Social, Livechat, social, we can answer them immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about StringeeX?
The Iphone app is not fully stable, but it seems that this happens because of my old iOS. However, the customer supports respond me quickly when we request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
