I was able to get it setup in about an hour and the Strety team helped migrate our old data over to the new platform. It was super simple and has more features than the old platform we were using. Their team is really responsive on chat and quick to get things done. We absolutely love the confetti and GIFs to close things out, it makes the end of the meeting that much more fun! **What do you dislike about Strety?** There are some learning curves for us moving from an old system. We would love to have the to-dos that are completed during the week still show up in our list so we can review before archiving them. There's not a whole lot we don't have the ability to do, or request from support and it shows up down the road. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a place to track all of our EOS rocks, issues, and to-dos and Strety is the best option of all the platforms we've used to get that done. They've added some nice functionality for individual 1x1 meetings and scorecards can flow up from other meetings to a higher level meeting. What's more, no task is lost any more: every task, problem or point to be discussed at a meeting is noted down and followed up. We use it for everything from meetings to staff 1x1 and reviews. Regardless if you follow EOS or other business managment methodlogies the Strety is a powerful and easy to use tool to operated your busienss. The system has deep integrations into our other systems allowing To-do and other data to flow back and forth between the systems. The other and maybe most important aspect of Strey is the support. Whenever we have questions or feature requests they quickly complete the task. **What do you dislike about Strety?** I haven't found much to dislike. As I talked to Strety about what they could do, I decided to look further. The integration into Teams made it a no brainer to make the switch. We are all in Teams all day, so when we need to add something to an agenda it is easy to pop in and add it. We also like the way that when we create a To Do it automaticall adds a ticked assigned to the user in our PSA tool. **What do you dislike about Strety?** Honestly, I can't think of much that there is to dislike. It is really easy to talk to them and they will let us know where our item may be in deveopment, or they seek to understand how they can tweak the tool to meet our needs. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strety is helping us to have engaged L10 (EOS) meetings and to get things done in a timely fashon. ### 23. The solution integrations -- especially Microsoft Teams -- keeps Strety and our EOS work top of mind and easy to access for everyone at all levels within the company, eliminating unnecessary communications and keeping lines of accountability clear. Overall solution functionality is fantastic and easy to learn and use, with minimal administrative overhead. The HR review functionality puts managers in the drivers seat, ties to existing company Rocks, Values and Scorecards and ensures cross-functional visibility and input for team member development. The team at Strety is incredibly responsive and is thoughful re: the development of additional features (read: time savers). Overall has allowed us to transition our long-time use of EOS into a true driver of our business. **What do you dislike about Strety?** Feel like I need to put something here, otherwise it sounds like this is too good to be true.
