**What do you like best about Strella?**

It's wonderful! It's made research faster, and I feel like I have a double checker and a colleague working alongside me. We run a lot of client A/B tests, and Strella helps us understand why things work, not just what wins. The ability to run rapid-turnaround qualitative studies has elevated how we support our clients. It’s like having an embedded researcher without the overhead.

**What do you dislike about Strella?**

There isn't anything specific that I dislike about Strella. Overall, the product meets our needs well and I'm really excited to now have mobile screen recording as a feature I had hoped for previously. Now, it's here!

**What problems is Strella solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agency juggles a lot of client experiments, and it used to be hard to get meaningful user feedback in time to influence decisions. Strella gives us a fast, reliable way to understand user motivations and reactions, which improves our testing strategy and helps clients see results sooner. It’s added a strategic edge to our experimentation process, it was really fun too!!

**What do you like best about Strella?**

Strella eliminated the stress and complexity we used to have around user research. What used to be this huge logistical nightmare is now just part of how we work. It's influenced how we budget and plan our research spend. The whole team has bought into the process and we're constantly talking about it with other departments. Every project now includes some level of research, where before that was not possible.

**What do you dislike about Strella?**

There isn't anything specific that I dislike about Strella. Overall, the product meets our needs well.

**What problems is Strella solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The burden of user research used to create a lot of anxiety on the team. The logistics, the time, the coordination—it was all too much. We'd either skip it or spend forever trying to set something up. Strella made it simple and fast enough that we actually do research now instead of just talking about doing research. We're making better decisions because we're not guessing anymore, and the insights help us minimize bias in decision making. We can quickly make improvements that benefit the business. Plus I get my time back to focus on actually analyzing the data instead of just trying to collect it.

**What do you like best about Strella?**

Strella conducts remote UXR sessions on its own, saving our small team a ton of time. The AI moderator is pretty impressive. Strella also generates it's own report which you can fine tune with their chat-like query tool. Overall it's allowed us to do a lot more than we would otherwise have time for.

**What do you dislike about Strella?**

Not specific to Strella, but not everyone will want to speak with an AI bot over a human. You should still supplement your process with face-to-face sessions from time to time.

**What problems is Strella solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply put, conducting research we would not have time for without it. Conducting its own sessions saves us a lot of time, and creating a report is fairly easy, too (if you don't want the out of the box one).

**What do you like best about Strella?**

What I appreciate most about Strella is its ease of use and how intuitively it integrates with other tools we use. The learning curve was very minimal, customer support has always been quick and helpful, and the platform saves us time on tasks that used to be manual and repetitive. I also like that updates are frequent, which shows the team is committed to constant improvement.

**What do you dislike about Strella?**

Overall, the experience has been very positive. However, I would like to see more advanced customization options and more detailed reporting features. Sometimes, certain integrations require extra steps that could be streamlined. These aren’t dealbreakers, but improving them would make the platform even stronger.

Strella helps us automate repetitive tasks that used to take hours, allowing our team to focus on more strategic work. It saves time and reduces human error, which has made our workflows much more efficient.”
