**What do you like best about Streem?**

The use of Streem has been an evolution for us. We started with Streem very early, and the support has been great.  its functionality is easy and works well for our day to day

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

There isn't much that we don't like with Streem. We would like to see some enhancements with measuring and mapping damage, but that will come with time

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealign with on-call maintenance providers from a far isn't always easy. Streem allows the team to communicate and see the issues on the " other end of the line". this enables my team to assist the vendors and get the pl;ane back in service

**What do you like best about Streem?**

I like how I am able to see what my customers are seeing instead of us both trying to describe with words what is in front of us and hoping the other can decipher what is really going on

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

The only thing I'd say I dislike is the echo. Sometimes while streeming there is such a bad delay and echo that is hard for myself and my customers to understand what each other is saying

**Recommendations to others considering Streem:**

If you have situations where your customers need to explain the way something looks or how it operates, Streem is an awesome tool to have to clear up confusion and make helping so much easier. Instead of trying to find the right words to describe what they see or what is happening, we can simply Streem and see for ourselves and know exactly how to fix their issues.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping customers solve issues their having with their home's Grills. Streem has greatly benefited me with visuals of my customers grill issues and I can better explain how we can solve them because I am able to physically see the problem

**What do you like best about Streem?**

The technology is easy to use for my company and my customers. The customer simply gets a text. From there, all they have to do is allow the app to access their microphone and camera. The system can screenshot and transcribe model and serial data which is useful. The augmented reality features are helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

There are no downsides on the Streem side. Only downside to the process is customers aren't good at being available at the agreed upon time, and some customers don't have the tech savvy to do the call.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't had any problems. Our first call completion rate went up 20% on all calls that we conducted a Streem on. And, we've completed a substantial amount of calls without needing a truck roll. Our average Streem call takes about 15-20 minutes to set up and complete. Great for customer instruct type calls.

**What do you like best about Streem?**

Streem's remote collaboration services enable our associates to deliver a differentiated experience to our customers. The ability to see what the customer is seeing while on a service call in real-time is ensures we capture the details needed to provide industry-leading customer service.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Using a remote service like this is highly dependent on compatibility of the customer's device so we are not always able to include this experience with every customer.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a real-time view of customer's situations allows our associates to better understand what is needed to solve the issue or request for the customer. This provides improved and more efficient customer service experiences.

**What do you like best about Streem?**

Streem has made it possible for us to help our customers even more so! We are able to understand our customers issue better than we would without it because some people are not educated on certain parts or problems so being able to have a visual has greatly advanced our work! I would recommend Streem to all work from home companies who have to troubleshoot because it is such a fantastic tool!

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

The only issue I've personally experienced is the login log out loop where it doesn't allow me to log in.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we have access to visually SEE the problem at hand, we are so much better able to assist. Many of times, we'll have customers call in who are not well aware of all the grill parts or wiring, so being able to see what they are seeing removes alot of the stress and discord.

**What do you like best about Streem?**

It connects me to the customer and I can assist so much better. Customers love it. I am there with them and they feel like I can truly help and understand. It shows I go above and beyond to help.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

I suppose if I had to choose something, not necessarily that I dislike it, rather it is inconvenient. It takes a long time to load afterwards. When I need to share it with a colleague and am on a time restraint, Streem takes a long time to load so I can share with others to see.

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am right there with the customer and they don't feel all alone. It helps me get a clearer picture of what is going on with the customer and the issue at hand. I can see what the customer needs and better serve them. My help is more accurate.

**What do you like best about Streem?**

Picture quality is good and I like the interface.
It’s easy for customers to accept their invite to streem.
I like the fact that I can use the pointer and the pen to guide my customers during the video call.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

Having to constantly sign in.
Audio issues are still happening. 
Sometimes I can’t see the icons at the bottom of the screen as it appears the screen size has increased and the icons are off screen, but I’m unable to get them back without ending the call and starting again....

**What problems is Streem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are allowing customers that don’t use FaceTime and WhatsApp the opportunity to receive a video quotation from us.
We now have a permanent record of what was checked and discussed during the video call.

I use this with my customer a lot, especially when there is not service repair dealer in his area, it is like me being there with my customer troubleshooting their grills. Great technology that helps me build rapport with my customers

Sometimes it is hard to connect when there is no wifi.

I highly recommend using it, it helps a lot to communicate with customers especially when you want to make sure they are doing the right process of troubleshooting

Troubleshooting steps with helping my customers repair their grills and not needing to go to a service dealer repair.

Streem is so helpful because it makes troubleshooting with the customer way easier because I am able to look at the grill and determine a solution with the customer.

I havent really had any downsides about Streem, its always working for me or has worked out for me, never really ran into any issues.

I solve all types of problems with Streem. I work for Traeger Grills customer service and streem allows me to look at the grill with the customer and determine quicker result then me trying to do it over the phone.

Benign able to use the drawing function to show customers exactly what I mean. Love being able to take pictures from their screen. The record function is great and will help with any discrepancies in the future.

**What do you dislike about Streem?**

No forward facing camera so difficult to build rapport with clients. Not being able to use customers camera while doing survey’s

Yes try it it’s a good stable platform.

As per question one the recordings are great. We use it for doing surveys and it is great for taking pictures.

The ability for a customer to launch the video seamlessly from a text message without needing to download an app or login in. I have also loved working with the Streem team on what's next with our partnership!

Would love to have the ability to have a face to face mode for when that applies to the conversation.

Easy for customer to connect and handy having the pointer and ability to draw on screen. Excellent photos

No face to face camera ...torch does does not work on customers phone. Have sound issues on some calls, not full screen

No need for WhatsApp and FaceTime which is not always possible for some customers

Network instability issues can never be your guys' problem, but smart caching of some kind that would allow the stream to upload later would be useful.

Ability to use On screen character recognition

Glitchy when in poor cellular range. Audio is confusion for some on customer end. End up using cell phone to conduct audio part of a call.
