Castrol Indonesia had been running a mechanics advocacy program as one of the strategic plans to win in the market. The program was run manually via cutting label & required high manpower to collect, calculate, track, and validate cutting label, resulting in high operational costs on the program. There is also limitation on workshop coverage as the agency needs to meet F2F with mechanics to be able to collect the label and require high coordination between marketing, sales, distributor, and agency team.

Developed Zoom as an integrated solution to digitize end-to-end mechanics programs. The solution not only covers advocacy program but also include loyalty and mechanics engagement.
