Not dislike but i struggled a lot to understand how to use to use the tool. So there's a bit of learning curve.
They should add a feature for followup like Gmass.

Easily find each customer's data without muchc hassle.
All the email clutter can be easily managed with Streak right into your Gmail.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

Streak is easy to use, and our team maximized the Email Snippet functionality the most, although there are other powerful functions in the tool, too.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

Streak had a handful of functions that our team didn't use, so we couldn't find the right package tier that fit our needs. Unfortunately, we also couldn't export our snippets in a text-friendly format.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email collaboration was the biggest win for us -- our team could share templates with one another across functions.

I love how straightforward its interface is and trouble-free to use. Its Gmail integration is top-notch and it helps immensely in managing my emails.

Nothing much to complain about. I had a connecting issue in the beginning and later it got better.

I've used several other applications to organize my emails. I'm so certain that no one can ever find a better tool than this.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's so important for me to manage my emails, shedule and reply on time. The split-second notifications and reminders is one of the superlative powers it processes. Another best feature is that it notifies me when a mail I sent is read. it's so helpful to track the emails and decide what to do further without wasting my time. It keeps me more organized and pleasant.

Doesn't link to Gdrive folder. Let's say i have a whole folder witth content regarding a project, I cannot link the whole folder. Also lack of ownership in the organization so hard to understand and standardize use.would love a function to synchronize projects into a google calendar that can be shared.

Adding stages in pipelines is hard to figure out. Also the types views are difficult to understand.

Tracking emails and data in threads. I'm able to leave notes on emails files without recipitent reading that info.

I love being able to see when/how many times an email has been viewed. The new mailmerge feature and piplelines build out has been instrumental for lead generation.

When you send an email to multiple people and someone views it, theres no way to know which person it is. The location often times comes up as 'unknown' which could be improved

Use this to build out sales pipelines! Learn the mail merge program.

Streak allows us to organaize our email campaigns by project and stage of the sales system which we did not have a solution for in the past  its been huge in helping our sales team.

Easy to use, I did setup CRM in just 1 day.
Their CEO personally sent a message about success getting out of platform.
Followup sequence is best feature as it saves our 2.5 hours daily.

They should upgrade mail tracking features like i want to track email open, reply rate, link click rate, attachment click rate, etc.
Otherwise all things i like.

What I like the most is that it integrates with Gmail, and works practically as an installed add-on, the best thing about it is its easy configuration. It is effortless to configure a complete follow-up for future clients and potential clients, it allows me to create a channel of clients, and I can also do the follow-up through the mail that I receive and send, I love the function of the opening tracking of an email, it is a crucial function in the whole process, I love that I can customize the pipe as much as I want, I love that it also has task functions, to see and follow what my colleagues and employees are doing, it also has an automatic notification system that I love.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

I want to be able to create several pipes in the same project.

I recommend it because it is easy to manage and has a simple configuration.

The price and ease of use make this software different, it is excellent for potential sales, it integrates perfectly with Gmail, it lets me know if a customer opened the sent emails, I can also postpone and combine emails, I love that I can schedule sending an email automatically, excellent transaction flow, I love that I can also organize and manage my tasks and to-do lists, I can also send mass emails, and it is straightforward to customize it.

I love that streak in based inside of gmail. I have all my work in one place - my crm and outreach tool

I use streak all by itself and I believe gsuite fans will love it best

I don't like that the pipelines make my inbox look clogged. Like I have things all over the place. 

I think I'll use the pipeline feature more if they have a section of their own

I stopped using most outreach tools because here at louwaby, my campaigns aren't large and most times, all i need is just to see who has opened my emails so I can follow up accordingly.

I think what I don't really like is the interface of the streak. The colors are so much that sometimes it annoys me. it will be better if they can stick to a particular color

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I have found that anything that takes me out of Gmail or Linkedin is a waste of time. The problem is that most CRM's don't allow you to spend time in the one or two places you need to be spending time. I forgot how I came across streak, but this is by far may favorite tool for building and managing business (Sales Nav account and lead search is a close second!). Thanks for making a great and impactful products!

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

I used the free version and found it be OKAY. Nothing great i.e. it didn't feel like it was much use. Mostly used it for sales processes. The creation and tracking of leads is cumbersome. Moreover, the inbox feels a bit crowded once you download this app.

**Recommendations to others considering Streak:**

If your business uses G Suite and your sales team communicates primarily through email, I can't imagine there's a better CRM solution available.

Currently using the Free version to manage projects, sales, logistics, and a social media editorial calendar. The features for the Free version are great. It is not 100% smooth-sailing, but there is so much you can do with this CRM.

It is a straightforward tool, I love the mail tracking function, I like it because it allows me to personalize each email very quickly, I can organize them in different categories, it is easy to combine the correspondence, I liked it because it is beneficial for him. Collaborative teamwork, from a sales and marketing point of view it is instrumental and necessary, it provides easy workflows, I can set tasks, I love that I can postpone emails, it is free and the best thing about it is that it integrates phenomenally with Gmail.

It is fully integrated with my Gmail and that is the best, I like it a lot because it allows me to track conversations and contacts, it is handy to be well organized or for email marketing, I liked that emails can be scheduled to be sent In later dates and times, it is an efficient function, I can also know when a recipient has opened an email, I also really like this function, it allows me to manage different channels especially sales channels, I love that I can tag emails and follow them and reviewing them, I really liked their ease of use, it was easy to program, and it works perfectly.

The best is its ease of use, it is perfect for managing emails and tracking them, its main and most powerful function is that it integrates perfectly with gmail and allows everything to be very fast and fluid, I love it because I can follow my emails or processes commercial, it is really useful, I can send personalized or mass emails, schedule the specific time in which it will be sent automatically, and I love the notification function when someone opened the mail, it is very useful and necessary that function, the notifications They are in real time and that is also very important, it has a very complete free version, it is the one we use, it is very useful for marketing through email, it is also very easy to organize.

I love it because it is developed directly from Gmail, and it is not necessary to be in two places at the same time, it is easy to navigate and easy to configure, it is really very customizable, it allows me to have complete monitoring of the equipment, primarily it will enable me to group the Correspondence with my clients and contacts, it has handy workflow templates, I really like that I can see when the recipient opens an email, the split thread function is perfect, it is effortless to insert documents or images.

The main thing, the best and what I like the most is its integration with Gmail, it has a complete complement with Gmail and that is everything, it is really straightforward to customize and configure, it has advanced and powerful functions such as the sample of the geographical location of the receiver, and I also get a notification every time someone opens an email sent by me, the email tracking function is excellent and easy to use, it also has perfect integration with Google Sheets.

It is a lovely software, I really liked its ease of use, it is ideal for small businesses, it is straightforward to send emails, it has an excellent contact filter function, I love that I can customize my email, the access is really a delight, it is efficient, the process to see when the contact opens the email is incredible, I really like the option to combine correspondence, it has excellent templates and the free version is very complete.

Sometimes it can freeze and the software tends to crash, it is something occasional but it does happen.

It is excellent for managing my data, it allows me to call and integrates perfectly with Gmail, it is developed directly from Gmail and that makes everything very practical, it is straightforward to access meetings and calls, the function of knowing when the user check email is the best of all, I really like that I can access all my data from one place, this saves a lot of time and work, excellent compatibility with G-suite.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

What I like the most is that it is very well integrated with Gmail, it is perfect because it works directly from Gmail and this makes everything easier and faster, I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive and the appearance is beautiful, the interface is spotless, I can track emails and conversations in real-time, it allows me to send attachments, it allows me to create leads, classify and follow them, it has an easy configuration, it is something that I also liked a lot, it also allows me to enter meetings and calls, it is perfect for keeping conversations organized.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

I have no complaints about the software, my experience has been excellent.

I recommend this software, it is an efficient tool.

The integration with Gmail is everything and saves a lot of time, it was straightforward to configure the follow-up of potential clients, quotes or future clients, I really love that I can know when the client checks the sent email, has reminders and also with reports, it is very flexible and excellent to be organized.

Streak integrates well with Google environments. It is very simple to import and explore using spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

It takes time to access Streak, since you have to log in to the correct Gmail account, and then wait for the pipelines to load. It would be much easier if there was a Streak website I could open directly.

Most CRM platforms now incorporate a way to view data on a map (e.g. where the shops are located). Streak doesn't have any mapping/GIS function, so a user would need to find a third party mapping solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Streak:**

If you are looking for a very lightweight CRM which integrates well with Gmail, Streak would be excellent. If you are looking for convenience outside of the Gmail environment or if you need more advanced features, there are other platforms which might be better suited.

My goal was to track business development contacts through their onboarding lifecycle.

Streak email tracking lets me know unique views by providing device type and location. It helps me gauge interest and notifies me of new views so I can choose to engage again while the recipient is reading the email again.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

Streak is one of the best CRM that I have used so far. I have worked as a team lead in my previous company and found it very difficult to manage all my emails from and to clients, so I searched for an application that will meet all my needs. Finally, I have gone through the application streak and found it very useful. It provides so many features that meet my needs. Some of them are : 
* Integrated with Gmail that we often use.
* Easy to set up and learn.
* We can schedule our email.
* It's customizable, which all users are happy about.
* It's applicable for almost all g suite applications.
* They have a wide range of shortcuts which make things easy and save time.
* We have the option to sort.
* Can send the bulk amount of 
* Can set auto-reply.
* Can also be used on mobile.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

I don't have many dislikes about the product, but a few issues that I face about the streak is that 
* Mobile application takes time to sync with Gmail.
* Sometimes, the application slows down.
* Extension crash found in some scenarios.
If these issues are solved, the streak will be the best application available in the market.

I will highly recommend streak to everyone because it helps us to a great extent in our mail communication.

I have sorted out many of my problems with the use of streak : 
* Scheduling of mail helped me to send emails on time without any fail.
* It helps me not to miss responses to any of my mail.
* Saved my time by using shortcut features provided by steak.
* Need not be in front of our system always. We have an opportunity to access streak from mobile because it provides a mobile application.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

So I am very new to using any CRM tool/module. I literally got trained on it yesterday by my boss. It seemed like it was overwhelming at first, but Streak has been very user-friendly. There are no hidden features, and the icons for each feature are easy to identify. You can hide modules you specifically do not use, which is a nice added feature, as it sometimes seems that it could be overwhelming without it.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

There are not many things about it that I dislike. It has been a very positive experience this far.

**Recommendations to others considering Streak:**

Use this, I don't have much experience in any other CRM, but this was very easy to use and learn. It took me MINUTES to really grasp the concept and figure it out. I feel like there's no other option for CRM at this point.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So we are solving manual entry problems by using streak now.  Before, we were cross-referencing an excel spreadsheet with our customer database to get whatever needed to get done. Now, it's all in one place that is convenient for us. We can pull up the customer's entire profile in one click instead of going back and forth between a spreadsheet and the database. We can also now send out mass emails without it being a chain message. So that has prevented us from missing out on customers as stuff sometimes gets buried under many email responses.

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I love the Streak pipelines for tracking just about everything. I'm a solopreneur, so I've been on the free version for years and it works just peachy. I track PR campaigns, freelance writing submissions, book launch teams, endorsement quotes from other writers for my books. It's fantastic and simple. I also did use it for sales pipelines selling digital adspace--works like a charm.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

Only thing I dislike is that it's not super easy to print out a view or list. You can export to a spreadsheet, but sometimes I like to print a visual list of my current projects/clients. I have a workaround using Lightshot, a screen grab Chrome extension that allows me to grab an image from anything online and print or save the file as an image, so this works well for me.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of projects - it isn't my end-all-be-all project management (I use Coschedule for that), but it does do a great job of connecting contacts with emails to you workflow so that you can easily follow up with people in a sales funnel or outreach effort. The software is highly customizable.

I like that Streak can be integrated with Safari or Chrome. It is also available via mobile app. I also like that it is very informational when first getting started.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

I dislike that Streak is no longer compatible with iPad. I primarily use my iPad Pro, so this limits my usage capabilities. I also don't like that everything on the app seems to be siloed. I'd like to see more features functioning together within the app.

As mentioned previously, I recommend Streak for small businesses that have very basic CRM needs (or that are just getting started).

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streak is a decent option if you are operating under a low-cost budget and cannot affort an expensive CRM. Its free option offers a Basic CRM of up to 500 contacts and 50 mail merges. It also offers email tracking capabilities via Gmail (which my company uses).

**What do you like best about Streak?**

I don't have to open up other tabs or go to a different place to view what's going on with any of my pipelines.  It's especially good for sales/CRM but we also use it for hiring and support.  One way to describe it is to say it's gmail tags on lots of steroids with some helpful tools (email snoozing and view tracking) built-in as well.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

It's a bit pricey for what you get.  If Call Logs and Meeting Notes were included in the Starter Plan that would be much better but as is you really have to pay $40 per user per month for core functionality.  Which is pretty high considering other CRMs are much cheaper for full functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Streak:**

Do you need a tool to manage workflows or a tool to generate new leads...Streak does not generate new leads at all but it's the best at email workflow optimization.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email management, Sales, CRM.  It's really just an operational tool to better organize email and communication between your company and your vendors and customers.  It's like tags but much better than basic tagging.  If you heavily rely on email for communication, you have multiple people on your team, and you like keeping organized, this is definitely the best tool out there...

There are many CRMs, but all of them are external tools. Streak CRM is an Inbuilt CRM for Gmail. You do not require to go outside of your Gmail and manage all your sales pipeline inside your Gmail Inbox.

The Email Tracking option needs improvement. We cannot track the link opening rate inside our Email, and also, the data of Email opening is sometimes Inaccurate.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing every contact, especially If you are into sales and do regular cold emailing, is difficult. With Streak CRM, we can easily manage all the data inside your Gmail and also send mass emails to our list of contacts. 

We don't need to rely on any other external tool, and everything is manageable inside Gmail is the most significant benefit.

Streak is easy to use and has an excellent user interface. The pipelines are logical and easy to set up, and all in all, the software does what it promises. I love how it integrates into your email and makes it easy to access all the pipelines directly from where you use them.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

Streak is slow. As incredible as it is that it integrates into your inbox, that makes your inbox load exponentially slower, making it very awkward to access your emails quickly. One more disadvantage I could find was if I used multiple Gmail accounts in the same browser. Streak would continuously pester me to enable it for the Gmail accounts I didn't want to.

Streak is a helpful tool. It is good at what it does and, as it integrates directly into your Gmail inbox, it is convenient to use. The only issue I have with it is how slow it makes your inbox. With that in mind, the slowness was just a slight inconvenience overshadowed by the immense convenience of actually using the service.

**What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streak makes it easy to organize your contacts and make sure you provide them with the care they deserve. We use it to mark where in our process the customer is and whether they need any addittional training or support. It is a valuable tool that saved us embarrassment of losing track and letting problems slip through our fingers.

I have recommended so many of our clients to Streak already and I feel very guilty as I am now experiencing this problem.

We've built our entire customized CRM with Streak. It's kind of like building with legos rather than building something from a kit, so it's been fun to create systems that meet our unique needs. We like that it lives within Gsuite email, too.

**What do you dislike about Streak?**

Sometimes Streak is down. Sometimes it seems like it can't handle the amount of data we want to store on there. Glitches are frequent. We have to find workarounds or ask Streak for assistance when it misbehaves.  I'm not certain if we were choosing again today that we would go with Streak, since everything else seems more designed for HubSpot or Salesforce.

Consider what other apps you might need to integrate with, and explore if those play well with Streak.

We're building systems to both track leads, current customers (regular ole CRM stuff), and we're also using it for a lot of internal tracking and communication between teams for things like hiring and random initiatives, like chosing grant winners. People across teams can share and read relevant emails . It's become an information hub for our data, and usually does as intended.  We use it with Zapier for lots of automation.
