What do you like best about Streak?

I've been using Streak for a while now, I like the email tracking the most which gives notifications on when and how many times clients opened my emails. Also since I use Pipedrive as well it's very easy to integrate to manage my sales pipeline. The best part is I can create different boxes like Lead or Demo or Contactd which shows all the reports in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

At times it happens that when I send an email to the client it doesn't land in their inbox but in spam due to streak extension, not sure why but if you can help with this it would be great.

Also if there could be an auto email feature when someone opens my email that would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Streak mainly as CRM and email marketing tool. It allows me to track and manage all my emails in one place and show the open rate or click rate with real-time notifications. It also integrates with Pipedrive which makes it really helpful to manage all my sales leads and contacts and I can create different categories like contacted or lead or demo which gives a clear picture of my activities. What do you like best about Streak?

Streak + Gmail is really powerful. First I love that I can easily connect it with my Gmail. Nothing fancy, just setup and you're good to go.

My favorite is the 'Email tracking' where it informs me real time, what email was viewed or opened, how much time the client stayed on the email and if or when links are clicked. These are important information real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

A lot of it's features are still not a ready to go template, but I need to set it up almost manually. For example, the Pipelines are ready as a template but to optimize it's use, there are still few steps to take, to upload or add etc. And not just 1 click or 'next' button. What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking my emails in real-time allowing me to have actual status of emails, proposal sent. And making me responsive to my customers and clients. What do you like best about Streak?

It lives where we live, in Gmail. The project stages are an easy and effective project or status tracking device. Install and setup was a breeze and Streak has made our small retail team way more efficient. We use it to track local delivery orders. We've integrated it with Shopify and Google Calendar using Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

Not much to dislike. To nit-pick, we have five to seven people who have access to one email account. Works great for us as long as we all initial our work. We'd consider dividing up duties for easier accountability and performance tracking, but that would require individual accounts and that would multiply our cost times the number of users.

We also wish the contact management had ways to directly manipulate contacts like a contact manager typically does so we could more easily repurpose that data for use elsewhere and to check for accuracy against other systems that we can't integrate. But again for the low cost, we don't mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Made our order processing visible and accessible to a team rather than an individual. The primary benefit for us is that anyone can pickup where anyone else left off until an order is complete. Another big benefit is it allows partial completion without losing our place and losing time reorienting midstream. It's easy to learn, so when we're busy we can add people and get almost a 1 to 1 increase in output because after minimal training, new folks are not relying on experienced ones to walk them through, they can just go. What do you like best about Streak?

The biggest differentiator is the direct email integration - it allows me to ensure I dont drop any thread and that any thread in continuation on my team I don't lose out on any emails the people might've forgotten to mark me on. The email enrichment feature is also amazing when fishing for emails and adding contacts as it allows me to maintain a contact repository geographically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes it gets buggy but im not sure if that's streak or chrome (threads added to pipeline don't get added or contacts added show as "no name") Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streak?

Integration with Birdeye has been very helpful since we integrated it with Streak. There is no direct integration but we found a way by using Zapier. We're getting the reviews automatically. Streak's support and API documentation has been a life-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streak?

What do you like best about Streak?

It is very easy to use and familiarize yourself with. It also makes traking and following up with prospects and contacts very very easy, even across teams. I use it every single day and could not imagine being as rpoductive as I am without it. Integration is to your daily activities is very easy and it takes close to no time to learne and implement. What do you like best about Streak?

I love the fact that Streak is completely built in to the Gmail Platform. The fact that I do not have to use labels, and it tracks all of the relevant emails for me. I love the note taking aspect, and being able to see all of the CRM information directly in gmail without having to leave the app. It was very easy to connect the accoun to my gmail, and I was using it on a daily basis to organise my emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

It has limitations when it comes to email marketing and other core CRM functions. I think that the Mail Merge feature could be better and I have had issues with the Unsubscribe option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
