The simplicity with which you can work, choose domains, newsletters... is made for people who are not tech-savvy and for those who don't want to complicate things.

**What do you dislike about Strato Newsletter Manager?**

The price in recent years has seen a slight increase, but by lowering the prices so much compared to the product it used to be, the phone support has disappeared.

**What problems is Strato Newsletter Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The simplicity with which a newsletter can be made, without complicating life, simple steps and clear response and visibility statistics, always at a basic user level.

Its pretty easy to send newsletters with this software.

I wish it integrated with moer other platforms, and i find the ux to be confusing at times.

**What problems is Strato Newsletter Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emailing people en masse, and its easier to create templates.
