We've been able to build customizations and reports that we are familiar with from old systems while also building onto and better understanding what Acumatica has to offer. There really isn't much on the dislike side. If I had one thing it would be having clear expectations defined on the front-end of projects or support tickets in terms of timelines. We've run into instances of following up on projects/support tickets and finding out consultants are on PTO that week without having given us notice in advance.
