What do you like best about Strategies Group?

Their responsiveness and attention to our needs. The way that they have been able to help us mold Acumatica into our own version of it has be invaluable. We've been able to build customizations and reports that we are familiar with from old systems while also building onto and better understanding what Acumatica has to offer. What do you dislike about Strategies Group?

There really isn't much on the dislike side. If I had one thing it would be having clear expectations defined on the front-end of projects or support tickets in terms of timelines. We've run into instances of following up on projects/support tickets and finding out consultants are on PTO that week without having given us notice in advance. Hands down, their industry-savvy team—they're construction pros who get real estate nuances, not just tech pushers. The quick, transparent discovery process ensured a perfect fit, and their ongoing support (from glitch fixes to custom reports) feels like an extension of our team. What do you like best about Strategies Group?

What do you dislike about Strategies Group?

At times I am need of some guidance on how to achieve a vision within Acumatica, a new workflow process, or have a certain dashboard built and I am not sure the best way to go about achieving those items and it would be nice to be able to just have a conversation with someone easily reachable without worrying about being on the clock for billings. Having a partner to quickly call and help me out with a GI or a quick dashboard would be lovely instead of going through formal ticketing, etc. However I understand the need for ticketing to track things, etc. Dealing with everyday task saturation, sometimes responses on tickets get buried! What do you like best about Strategies Group?

On a few rare occassions, we have had the need to request their senior leadership on issue resolution... this has always come with willingness and availability. Overall, they are responsive and follow up on open tickets. They respect our scope and engagement wishes when problem solving and working with ISV's to stay within our defined budgets. What do you dislike about Strategies Group?

It would be nice to have more accessibility into visionary and strategic collaberation. Some of the creative process in imagining and seeing what options are available gets diminished in the ticket system... maybe more opportunities for this and not so much a break-fix mentality (ticket submittal).
