You can enter as much information as required in regard to the client so that anyone in the Organisation is aware about the progress. It helps people avoid assumptions.

Sometimes required information is there on the portal but not able to check or filter the Information fast. search options shall be improved.

It helps me collates all the data in regards to client at one place and helps me to share the same with team without any confusion. Data can be accessed from anywhere.
