"Outdated and not flexible"
2/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Aventri generates good custom reports for almost all aspects of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Overpriced system with almost no upgrades over the last 5 years.

The system is extremely outdated, and do not offer any up-to-date functionality.

All frontend is rediculus. The HTML has clearly been made in 2010. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent platform that delivers on all promises!"
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Excellent service and response time. The platform delivered without a single problem and all last minute changes were accommodated without any issues. Streaming content was clear and professional with no interruptions or bandwidth challenges. It was perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

There was nothing I did not find superior in this virtual event solution. After using a number of different virtual event platforms, MeetingPlay stands out as the only one that actually delivered on all promises and did not fail us from the start of the planning to the backend reporting. "MeetingPlay Makes Meetings Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Good product and the customer service was phenomenal! The MeetingPlay team went above and beyond to make sure that our program was successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Their pricing model leaves a lot to be desired. Everything seems ala carte, which made me feel like I was being nickeled and dimed. I would have preferred to have pricing based on a basic package, medium-sized event package, or a grande experience. It's one thing to have some specialty ala carte items, but with so many options that should be standard, it made contracting hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MeetingPlay was a great find!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

They are very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about their platform. We felt handled through a new way of producing events and so much so that we decided to refer other clients to their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Many features are at additional costs. They are very thorough in how they describe and price each option. They will even look into new ways to produce your needs if they don't already have a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MeetingPlay is my go-to recommendation over any other virtual platforms."
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

MeetingPlay's support first and foremost. As someone who will have used all of their products (as of Jan 2022), they continually surprise me with how willing they are to work with you and your needs. They are always open to looking at different ways to approach a particular request that isn't baked into the product. This typically needs extra dev work, but the fact that they are willing to work with you is not something most other platforms offer. In terms of day-to-day accouct management, they are always there and available to help. I don't think I've ever waited more than 4 hours for a response and usually much quicker.

I have hosted dozens of virtual events - some in the 10,000+ attendee range and on many different platforms - and MeetingPlay has been above and beyond on every aspect from platform features, support, sales and customer service, and most importantly technical stability. To date, MeetingPlay is the only platform I have hosted an event on that didn't have a critical technical problem while the show was live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

As with any software there are limitations, but there isn't much that I can say that I dislike about MeetingPlay. I would like to see more angecy/client control earlier on the backend for the full MP platform for small edits instead of having to go through the MP team.

Fore CORE specifically, we have some small product feedback that will we share directly with the team at MP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good system/tool but it has some flaws."
3/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Aventri has nice layouts, once you attain some basic knowledge then it is easy to use. There are some basic drag and drop elements that are really nice and make creating an event website very user-friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

The system is slow and a little clunky with specific things. Like the agenda, you have to go to a certain page to make edits, which once you figure out makes sense but it is not very intuitive. If there is a way to add several events in a day at once it would be amazing. It also has a very slow load time and there are some glitches like sometimes links are blue and underlined and other times they are the wrong color. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform and an even better team"
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Unlike other platforms, MP's design team simplifies the coding and design work, allowing you to focus on the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Since they have total control of your platform site, there were times our team wanted the ability to turn on and off features but had to wait for MP's team to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent virtual event platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Top-of-the-line partner, offering a high-quality product that they are constantly innovating. The product alone is more seamless, professional, and customizable than any other virtual event platform my team has encountered. The platform is leaps and bounds ahead in nearly every way. It also helps that they are backed by a strong, kind, helpful, and very involved team. They make you feel important, heard, and valued. They have been very accomodating of our event's unique needs and our team's requests. They helped us elevate the virtual component of our events so that we are genuinely proud of the end product and receive very positive reactions from our attendees. Overall we have not been able to find a platform that meets our needs as well as MeetingPlay, not even close. Of the many virtual events we have attended over the past nearly two years, no platform impresses us (or fellow attendees) more. Flexibility and customization, high-quality output, and strong customer service are the winning combination here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

As a repeat customer, my team is very happy with what MeetingPlay offers. The only points of concern lie around the higher cost compared to other platforms (which we can justify based on the quality of the product and support we receive), and a desire to receive more analytics/reports on specific elements of the event (as event planners, we dream big and want for everything). The other elements we wish to see improve in the future are either on MeetingPlay's roadmap or are very specific to our event's needs (such as more complex matchmaking and networking tools). "They've got your back..."
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Collaboration, professionalism and consideration mixed with kindness. MeetingPlay is an excellent tool from both a planner and an attendee perspective. There may be other platforms in the market that offer a similar toolkit, but what we need, as an agency, is a platform partner that shows up every day. These are the people you want on your side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

They are not inexpensive, but it's worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
