## Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) Reviews
 ### 1. Aventri is a great software to use for conference registration and paper submissions.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I like the registration set-up process. If you have a reoccurring event, you can easily copy the settings and tweak what you want. This saves lots of setup time.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It takes a long time and a lot of practice to figure out how the platform and settings work. At least a few months of testing it and chatting with support to learn the ins and outs of this platform. This is a bit frustrating when you have no time to do this.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

My recommendation to best learn this platform is to start using it and testing all features on test mode. There are video tutorials and customer service representatives that are also of great help. However, you truly learn the ins and outs with practice.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With virtual events being popular nowadays, Aventri is adding more features that will solve our current problem of going virtual. With their helpful and friendlt team, we are slowly discovering the new features they are able to offer us that will benefit us if we have a virtual event.

 ### 2. Delivering your meeting virtually with MeetingPlay

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea H. | Meeting & Event Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The customization and ease of admin control. MeetingPlay makes it easy to display your brand across the website.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The only thing that we've received negative feedback on is not being able to have the agenda open as well as a current session that is taking place on video. You can't have them both open in one tab.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't encountered too many problems with MeetingPlay to be honest. The only time we've had an issue is where videos for the next day didnt upload quickly if we were swapping one out on the homepage. Benefits are definitely the admin controls being able to adjust attendee and document needs. Their team is also so easy to contact and I always feel like the communication lines are open.

 ### 3. Robust virtual platform with excellent customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The simplicity of the platform creates a seamless customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It's hard to say I think cost would be the one thing I dislike but it's worth it!

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual event platform. Ability to host sessions and provide a space for our attendees to network.

 ### 4. EASY TO USE SYSTEM WITH A GREAT SUPPORT TEAM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gordon E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The easy at which it is to create registration site. The duplication action saves me so much time. I've worked with other registration sites and this did not work.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The copy and paste feature for emails and headings is not user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

To set up a registration in Aventri is the easiest I have seen on these platforms. Each part is broken down in a particular tab. Changing colors, uploading images is also really easy on the site. The support center is also excellent when it comes to dealing with any issues you may have.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To collect data for events. The system is easy for our particpants to use. We have also used it for events where we had to send out mailings for attendees.

 ### 5. The best customer support I've found at any company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica P. | Guest Experience (Event Manager), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The customer support, the user friendliness, and the fact that I can actually practice my coding skills!

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Sometimes functions are hidden pretty deep in some other features that don't really make sense.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsites and reg sites. I also really like the new mobile additions.

 ### 6. Great Tool for Event Planners

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine S. | Alumni Relations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The best part of Aventri for me is that it is a one-stop shop. In other words, my team is able to create registration pages for events, send mass emails with analytics, mobile check-in at events, and sending surveys to our registrants. Aventri is also able to "speak" to our Blackbaud database, so we can easily track event attendees in order to generate our own engagement scores.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

One of the challenges with Aventri is that it is not as user friendly as I would like it to be. I have been able to adapt to it, but since there are endless customization options and different features, the platform is a bit more complex for non-tech folks. Many times I find myself training other staff members in order to keep things going in our office. However, I love having the options.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Aventri folks were able to create a unique report for us that track the net promoter score for each event. This is a big deal and speaks volumes of their customer service.

 ### 7. Robust event platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The customization options are excellent! I can set up an event registration that's as simple or as complicated as I need it to be.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The customization options are great, but can be intimidating at first. Take advantage of the training resources, for sure!

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our events have a somewhat complicated registration setup (multiple tiers, price points, discounted rates, etc.) and Aventri allows me to set everything up automatically. I can customize the entire registration flow to ensure I'm getting all the data I need from the different types of attendees (speakers, exhibitors, members, first-time attendees, etc.). It's saved me a lot of time and followup!

 ### 8. Great Experience for Registration, Mobile App & Lead Retrieval

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Excellent responsive customer support, highly experienced sales team & account management, amazing/smooth/modern user interface on the front end, very customizable in how you build your form/ask attendee questions/accept payment, lots of services offered, TONS of industry partnerships for services that they don't offer, and very fair pricing.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The help desk/FAQ's are usually not very helpful - I very rarely find the answers to my questions, and have to file a ticket or email my poor account manager. The back end for the registration platform is not SUPER intuitive or easy to learn (definitely need a lot of help the first time you build an event).

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Definitely take a tour of their registration platform, and I'd recommend using them for your onsite registrar and badge printing, but it will be the mobile app that you will love best! It's the smoothest mobile app experience, both to build & for your attendee, on the market.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aventri as my online registration platform, on-site registrar and badge printer, mobile app provider, and lead retrieval service (although to be honest, I have not yet experienced the lead retrieval service onsite). It is fantastic to use one provider for all of these services, since registering online, getting your badge, and the mobile app are three of the major attendee touchpoints for a conference - using one experienced, seamlessly integrated vendor for these products makes my job a hundred times easier, and ensures a positive experience for my attendees. The mobile app experience in particular is highly intuitive to build, and for attendees to use for the first time, and I absolutely adore how fully customizable it is. I've worked in and experienced a ton of mobile apps before, and Aventri by far is the best. The user interface for all of those products are also extremely modern, clean, and kept up-to-date. I'm very happy with all of their services, which are provided for a supremely reasonable price, and will continue to use them often!

 ### 9. Excellent event tool that ready for any situation and complexity of event

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri is an excellent tool that can even handle the most complex event. It handles session information and organize them very well. The team is willing to make the most detail changes even though it is not in the system. They will do it manually at their backend.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Since the system allows very complex situation, it also ends up with a very complex setup and configuration. This will take some time to get used to. Once you're used to it, it is not big of a deal.

I found that setting and configuration is all over the place. Normally the type of setting that you expect to be group together are placed in different area and you don't expect to find it there. Will take some time to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

This is definitely a good application to use.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple days event with lots of complex sessions which required alot of logic gate. Aventri is able to handle all that. Even though the setup is complex, the end result data is simple. Once all setup, it is easy to handle at the end. The support is willing to assist you for the initial setup.

 ### 10. Works well for the price

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The software is pretty easy to use. You can find your way around it pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Account Management is not the best. Time to respond is long and you need to repeatedly contact for help. Support is ready to help but answers are never a one stop shop.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

It is good for the price but there has been some pain in getting attention when needed.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting works well. Analytics are easily reported on.

 ### 11. Powerful registration and housing management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

- customizable reports
- 24/7 customer support
- customizable registration process for various registration categories
- payment processor in different currencies
- ability to customize the registration site in different languages

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

- abstract and speaker management module is not linked to registration module so if you want to know if a speaker has registered, you have to manually check

- difficulty in adding hotel photos in the housing module when using the new hotel management tool.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- solving a need to have all event information in one centralized place where you can easily pull reports

 ### 12. We have used Aventri for Registration for over 6 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I like the fact that I can customize the registration site - colors, fonts, etc to match our branding.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Sometimes the site is VERY slow to load. In addition, support used to be much more responsive. Also, some things are clunky - One would think upgrades to the system would be available after all these years.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

none

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making registering easy for our attendees is the most important. The reporting functions are very easy to use to keep track of finances and etc.

 ### 13. Developing and utilizing registration site for 2020 National Conference

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The ease and options for creating and displaying the registration questions and required items to collect from attendees, and the simple and complete registration reporting in an easy to digest and navigate dashboard are just a few of the reasons why I'm glad I switched to Aventri for our company's registration system for our national conferences and trainings. Additionally, allowing the attendees (or usually me) the quick option to download an invoices for themselves--and/or their groups--was a huge time saver for our fiscal team.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It probably exists if I'd explored more, but didn't like how once the registration closed, attendees were no longer able to access their registration information to do action like make online payments or update contact info (ie, incorrect name or email).

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aventri has allowed us to easily and aesthically create and deploy a registration site to provide our attendees with conference details and a mechanism for them to register quickly without too many clicks. The benefits inlcude saving lots of time trying to gather and interpret the reporting aspects of our attendees as much of the desired data is automatically displayed (and instantenously updated) on the dashboard; additional, deeper results can also easily be collected in a variety of reporting options.

 ### 14. Aventri Meeting Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I am glad there are reports to view after the fact of who attended. This will help us for future meetings.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It would be nice if there was a way to view who has checked in instantly after they are scanned instead of waiting for a report.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was much easier to scan in our members at the meeting and to print their badges ahead of time. Next year we plan on using the website features as well.

 ### 15. Helps us navigate events

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine S. | Alumni Relations Coordinator & BCLC Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

 ### 16. Great product for price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I like the online chat for help. That way i don't have to sit on hold. It also has features for other languages which has come in handy. And you can make it as simple or as complex as you'd like.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Lots of pages/places to go to make changes. Many time I forget where something is 'hidden' and that can be time consuming.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system allows all of our attendee registration/travel info to be stored in one place and not just a spreadsheet.

 ### 17. Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton B. | Associate Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Using Aventri/Stova is very easy. We have used the Stova platform for a few years now and it always fills our needs. Parts of our team are using it every day to set up both large and small scale events and it gives us the ability to tailer things exactly to our needs. The training and onboarding process was handled well and it felt like we had the necessary support to be confident when we went live with the software. In the numerous times I have called in to the support line, the staff has always been courteous and willing to help. For the issues they could not solve immediately, they were constantly keeping me in the loop and letting me know where my support issue was and what was being done to fix it.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The reporting system, while extremely robust, is difficult to maneuver without prior and in-depth knowledge of the system itself. While I feel it could be an incredibly valuable tool, its capabilities are limited by how not user friendly it is.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company hosts a few different types of events, ranging from 5-10 guests up to 100 guests. So our needs within the program differed depending on the type of event. Aventri/Stova has made the process simple and replicable so that each time a new event is created it follows the same format as the previous one. This is especially helpful when our team is hosting 10-20 of our small scale events each month, but is still able to handle the larger events with more robust registration processes as well.

 ### 18. 4 year Aventri user

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri is easy for people to use once set up. Streamlined and efficient. I am only familiar with registration, survey, and abstract submission.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It is not easy to build, there are many tricks to learn before you can begin to understand how it works.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

take the courses available for learning the software.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surveys are great to use for capturing opinions and suggestions. This tool is utilized more than I expected.

 ### 19. Best Event Management Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasee M. | Outreach and Events Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The most helpful tool for me is their Custom Reporting feature. I can find exactly what I need, when I need it. I also really enjoy being able to see the website update automatically as I make any changes or updates. The new Beta version is great!

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I have no complaints at this time. Any issues I encounter are quickly remedied by their fantastic support staff. They typically respond pretty quickly and escalate the issue if needed. I also appreciate the opportunity to leave feedback on each ticket.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Keep in mind that Aventri is quickly growing and innovating.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to better coordinate discount codes for certain registrants plus offer various registration types, which has saved me a lot of time and communication. Another prior issue was CEU scanning, which with Aventri will be much more streamlined, will reduce congestion and will require less staff volunteers.

 ### 20. Excellent Experience Using Aventri For Our Conference

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I loved how user friendly everything in Aventri was. It was very simple to input information from the event planner end and looked very professional from the conference attendee end.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The only downside was with registration from the users. At times users said it was difficult to click back and forth between reading session information and actually choosing the session itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Make sure you reach out to Aventri with as much time as possible before the event. There are lots of tools that can be used and to get the full bang for your buck you will want time to make sure you can implement it completely.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each year we run a conference with about 150 people and are continuing to grow. Using Aventri, we are able to create a seamless experience for our conference attendees with all information housed in one place. We are also able to easily track our conference attendee numbers and sessions which leads to a more simplified logistics during execution of the event.

 ### 21. Aventri was the only platform that met our needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The Aventri customer support team is excellent!

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I don't like having to pay for add-on integrations

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

The functionality is robust! And, the support team is incredible.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aventri has made it easy for our staff to view reports in real-time. My team has been onboarded and able to understand functions with ease.

 ### 22. Aventri makes Planning a Meeting Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick R. | Meeting Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The thing i like the most about Aventri is the the seamless integration for registrants. They are able to register for our conference, choose which meals they will attend (which helps us with meal tracking and ordering), register for their hotel room, AND renew or apply for their membership all in one. I love that the mobile app pulls directly from the database so it eliminates the double-work when creating the app.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The thing i dislike the most is the sales and support staff to be honest. We have experienced some high turn over in the staff, which created some things to fall through the cracks when contracting and setting up our software. It took many months haggling with the support team to get our Passkey integration up and running so attendees could book their hotel room reservation in the registration process.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

I definitely recommend including the mobile app feature with your contract. It creates an overall seamless integration into your meeting. When they register they create a profile and when they download the app, their profile and registration information automatically transfers to their app. I also recommend having a in depth conversation with your sales staff when contracting, as ours missed a few things we asked for when doing our contract and we have to do an addendum.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aventri solves the problem of a much cleaner, smoother, and user friendly registration process for our attendees. Its a one stop shop for them, compared to our older / much more antiquated version we were using before. Because of this we have seen higher registration counts at our conferences and been able to plan meals and session attendance more accurately.

 ### 23. User friendly and professional appearance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri provided a user friendly and professional solution to our challenge - we needed a solution that allowed field marketers to create event landing pages that were professional looking, easy to create and flexible. The result allows field marketers to be more agile by creating their own event pages and manage registration separate from our marketing automation system.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Like many solutions, there is a learning curve in order to get up to speed. Training videos are fantastic and the use of online support is quick and easy!

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Leverage the video and online support tools. These are invaluable resources for a smooth start!

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field marketing was unable to be agile and needed to involve 5+ people prior to Aventri. With Aventri, we are able to create and update our programs on our own, resulting in shorter to market times.

 ### 24. Great Platform for Event Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lilly S. | Associate Market Analyst- Wholesale Channel, Consumer Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

It is extremely easy to manage the registration list for my events. I also like the survey feature.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I wish when I exported the Attendee Info to PDF it was more readable. I have to use the excel version always.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

I only have experience with Aventri for event management. If you host a lot of events, this would be a good platform for you.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made the entire event management process easier. It is user friendly for my guests and very easy for me to see who has registered and their corresponding responses to the registration page.

 ### 25. Has the holistic capability, needs some refinement in small details

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I like that you really do have a lot of different capabilities that are functional if not the most user-friendly at times.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I dislike some of the UI. Even the new content editor still has some problems, or things that should be added, so that people don't need to know how to read HTML. For example, a space icon to control the space between lines, being able to indent after words have already been written in that line, etc, etc. There are little things like this across the website that would help improve UI significantly

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has significantly impacted our registration process, for with how much information we can put into registration sites, and the details we can receive from people, there are many less people calling in to ask further questions.

 ### 26. One platform to rule them all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I've enjoyed how Aventri has eliminated our need to export data and import it into another Database for content management.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I don't dislike anything about this platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Take the training that is offered and be sure to reach out when a answer cannot be found online. The chat option with support has always been super helpful and I have gotten a lot of great responses by using it.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Mangement, Reporting, eliminating a third party company to host registrations, single user customer service (its so user friendly the whole department can understand it)!

 ### 27. Helping me plan my internal meetings better!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lupe D. | Sr. Sales Event Manager, Internet, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The user interface is extremely easy and straightforward to use. It absolutely helps me be more efficient and saves me time planning my events and meetings. I am always pleasantly surprised with the continuous, very though through enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I wish the reg module had a "save" feature for my registrants. Particularly would be useful for reg sites asking for lots of data.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

This is a great solution for in house events!

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency! I love that it seamlessly ports data to the mobile app and event landing page. Save a ton of time.

 ### 28. Registration/BadgeNow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brigitte J. | Meeting Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri has been amazing! Their registration tracks everything (lodging needs, I was able to upload flight and Amtrak information). I was able to run travel reports for my client so that they knew how much they were paying for each attendees travel. I was able to generate the hotel report for my hotel rep.

BadgeNow was AWESOME!!! If you are looking to do print on demand, please get BadgeNow. You will not be sorry. I think the only thing that I can think of is how come someone did not have this idea sooner. Wow!

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I wish that I could say that there is/was something about Aventri was negative but I do not have anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

The mobile app is another great platform to have when doing an onsite meeting.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are currently not issues we are solving with Aventri. They have solved any and all issues we did have.

 ### 29. Critical for my business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly B. | Director of Educational Programs, Music, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I appreciate the customization options available. We have utilized the system to streamline and centralize a lot of the processes that used to be quite cumbersome and inconsistent.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I wish the integration with Salesforce was more robust.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

I would recommend looking at the long-term trajectory of your use and possible integrations.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to bring all of our event management in-house. This has allowed us to control the information much better and also obtain data that has been critical for future planning and event justification.

 ### 30. User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I love how the mobile app functions. It's a little difficult on the back end but we are getting the hang of it. ON the attendee side, it is wonderful! The registration is very easy to create pathways for our sponsors to and all the customization is great too.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I wish there was less code and the mobile apps stayed forever instead of deleting them after 6 months. Our events are annual so it makes it hard to recreate something we can't see anymore.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Compared to Cvent, Aventri has more functions and ease of use.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration is so much easier. My favorite part of it is the summary report and all the reporting functions I can share with the attendees.

 ### 31. Buyer Beware - There are Major Issues on The Aventri/eTouches Road

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerald G. | Executive Producer, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Overall, their direct support persons try to assist as much as possible and have proven to be available at a wide variety of hours and days of the week.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

There are some major areas where I have problems with the platform and will be drawing the line with them before going into another year. That problem centers around their lack of concern with addressing one of the major reasons we decided to use them; the integration with PayPal.

Their system simply doesn't handle PayPal transactions properly and after years of trying to work around it, it's clear, they don't see it as a problem worth fixing.

The problem is that once a person checks the option to pay with PayPal, they treat the transaction as 'Confirmed', they send out any automated information for 'Confirmed' registrants, and they charge your record for a 'Confirmed' registrant. This all happens without regard for whether the registrants complete the PayPal transaction.

When someone doesn't pay with PayPal or doesn't complete the transaction, you're left with an account that has a balance but is 'Confirmed' in your system. Their support team says to simply contact the registrant and request payment. If we wanted to do collections, we wouldn't have paid thousands of dollars for a registration system.

In addition to having NO Solution to this problem, their idea of you having an 'Account Manager' is a complete joke. I hadn't heard from mine in a year and she's left me hanging on numerous issues, multiple times.

Lastly, be prepared to come to the realization that this is not "A" product. It's a cobbled together bundle of products they obtained from other companies over the years and brought under a single brand. There are major disconnects between modules and strange limitations that will slow your production down significantly.

Buyer Beware!!! You're in for a wild ride.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

They should know that the products described in their advertising is not integrated well and will ultimately not deliver a seamless experience. In addition, they have some serious workflow issues that may impact the ability to collect money and track finances.

You will be assigned and 'account manager' but don't expect them to actually 'manage' anything. We've not heard from ours in a year. Just another invoice from billing.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this point, we're using the platform as little as possible and will be moving away from it. We simply can't afford to lose more time and effort working around the product while paying premium prices.

 ### 32. Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela B. | Associate Director, Student Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri has been great to use for our commencement ceremony. The registration system is intuitive, making it easy for staff and students to navigate the system.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I do have difficulty with the formatting of the email/messaging formats. This could be strictly my capabilities but when copying and pasting a message into the field the formatting is always off and it takes some work to fix it.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aventri has made my job so much easier when tracking registrations for commencement. I was able to set up the system the exact way I would need it to be organized and thorough with my tracking. The reports I am able to rate help significantly. I’ve used the chat feature to receive assistance and the staff members have always been helpful and provided me with the exact information I was seeking.

 ### 33. Aventri - Excellent Customer Support Services

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Customer support has been extremely helpful with the initial account set up, building out event templates, personalizing event reporting, and providing ongoing account support.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Reports are challenging to initially set up but customer support has been helpful with this process.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced event registration platform costs, more functionality and updated look for our event registration pages.

 ### 34. Aventri Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri is easy to use for beginners. This is the perfect starter tool for a team that has not completed a meeting registration website before.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The design for the meeting registration site and the mobile app is limited. I would improvement in terms of style and look and feel.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting registrations, meeting mobile app creation.

 ### 35. Fantastic - an excellent platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Easy to use interface, the ability to set up discount codes is seamless. Aventri has capabilities to handle almost all of your event needs.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

There are some niche objectives that are not compatible with Aventri, but not many. It can get a little tricky with setting up certain email blasts and discount codes, but the Aventri help staff is so good that they can pretty much help you with everything.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to capture attendee data with extreme detail. Before using Aventri we were handling all RSVPs manually, so it was difficult to track certain data points we needed.

 ### 36. Great experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Aventri's platform is great and versatile to meet the needs of our diverse group of clients. The support team is fantastic to work with.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

We struggle a bit with emails sent via Aventri not being recognized by most client email servers and going straight to spam. This is an issue we are continuing to work through with the support team.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is very customizable for our diverse group of clients and programs. Aventri is extremely intuitive and and with multiple team members working on one project, makes it easy to communicate and stay organized.

 ### 37. Aventri is great for event website creation/event management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Their customer support is always quick to respond and follows up to make sure all questions are answered. They'll go in and do something for you if that's what you prefer, or show you how to do it. I like that there are folders for organizing media.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Navigation within the platform can be confusing/making sure you're getting to the right place to update what you want. We're discouraged from touching code to make any modifications, but fortunately support will respond quickly if we need something done in the code.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

If good customer support is something you're looking for, this is the right product for you. As long as your team can sit down for a training session and focus/pick up on everything quickly, managing your event, website, registrations, etc. should be easy.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relatively easy/straightforward event management/event website creation. Good for file storage. Can customize almost anything we want it seems. Love that updates and support are quick.

 ### 38. Excellent product and customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian J. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Easy to use product with very helpful customer service.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Their site is almost, but not 100% customizable for some of our specific client needs

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Aventri primarily to capture event registration information

 ### 39. A big and bloated piece of software

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mike d. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

In theory, it could be a great all-in-one platform to handle all aspects of your event: registrations, mobile app, email marketing, tasks, budget, call for proposals, etc

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Even though the call for proposals is built-in you'd think it was a completely separate system from the agenda manager. The flow of information between the two is not seamless and well integrated. It takes too much clicking around to make the simplest changes to the description and presenter information.

For SEO and so we wouldn't have to re-build, we kept our event website in a different platform. Aventri doesn't have the ability for us to truly customize registration & agenda pages to match the look and feel of our existing website, nor do they have iframes that we could put on our existing site.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

Buyer beware. They're expensive and different modules within their platform aren't truly integrated.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the platform to handle our company's annual user conference. We didn't realize any true benefits from it beyond what we received from competing platforms. Having a seamless call for proposal process flowing into agenda management was the key reason we went with aventri. Their system was no better than if we used two different tools and exported and imported.

 ### 40. Technology Cobbled Together = Unreliable

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

For minor issues or questions, they have a very friendly support team.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

We had some major issues leading up to our event. The issues were escalated and I was told they were fixed and found out they were not. It's like the team didn't even test out their own fixes. I went back countless times and the issues were never solved. It led to a very chaotic experience for our attendees and our volunteers managing the event. Terrible system that is cobbled together.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

If you're running an event - there are so many newer and more elegant solutions. If you don't need to book hotels, travel arrangements, etc. - go with EventBrite or one of the other solutions that may not allow as much customization - but actually work... because at the end of the day, that's what really matters. Unfortunately we customized this product and it did not work at all and really led to a terrible experience all around. Their management team wasn't reasonable either. They offered us a credit towards next year - as if we would be foolish enough to do this again. You know what they say..."Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Won't be fooled again.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I ran a convention where we sold tickets to an event (general admission) and we had some paid activities as well. The technology completely failed. The activities displayed as "closed" when they were open, so we lost revenue and didn't fill the room when the demand was clearly there. We had disappointed customers that had problems registering more than one person for the event. We looked at other platforms, but decided to try eTouches (now Aventri)... we won't use them again. They are expensive and the user experience is really terrible. It's an antiquated system that they are trying to wrap in gift wrapping to make it more appealing. Sadly we fell for the shiny gift wrap.

 ### 41. Amazingly helpful experts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markous J. | National Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The level of customer service is unparalleled. I got everything I needed (and more) in a timely and understandable manner.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Some of the initial trainings didn't prove tremendously helpful because I had previous experience using the app. A more customized training/onboarding could have been more impactful.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

I have already recommended this program to other Goodwills!

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing this application for our recent national conference was a big hit. The way that it has facilitated ongoing communications and collaboration has been amazing!

 ### 42. Excellent event software. We are able to sort through data of more than 8,000 students each year.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The ability to customize each form to fit our different groups that make up each commencement experience. We are able to separate, faculty, staff and student registration.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Information uploaded in the pre-loaded data, is often not visible in the Registrant list.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This keeps our organization organized. The registrant list provided by Aventri, gives us the opportunity to use that same data to mail out name cards and honor cords, based upon those students who have registered.

 ### 43. AVENTRI - MY WAY 2 THE EVENT BUSINESS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

What I like the most is that Aventri support is available 24 hours a day and solutions are found immediately. I also like that we grow together.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Unfortunately I have to say that many processes in Europe are different (e.g. accounting) and therefore there are unfortunately some problems that should be solved in order to enlarge Aventri in the European market.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That is a difficult question. We are a start up and growing and I hope that Aventri will give us more opportunities to cooperate with each other and improve Aventri for the European market. A partnership would be very desirable. :)

 ### 44. gone downhill

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I used to like the service, but no longer feel that way.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The website builder and the service. The HTML builder doesn't always keep your changes (especially in bold and font changes). The formatting is not easy. . We recently purchased the templates to make our event websites look nicer, but they have become more trouble than they are worth. The support team (when /if we can through to them) cannot assist us, and it takes days for the escalations to be reviewed. I feel like we have been sold magic beans with the templates. We were promised the website builder would improve, but it is still hard to use and not responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

consider going to CVENT

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A. This is an event registration website.

 ### 45. Good functionality for registration pages, but HTML editors very fiddly.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annabel C. | Events Specialist, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Being able to register guests and have them sent a check in barcode.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

HTML editors are very fiddly and can cause big headaches, could be more intuative

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

if you can afford the aventri team to make your email templates it could be worth it...

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security of our events with check in features

 ### 46. Good companion to an event.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The mobile application some time gives me a white screen after opening the application.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MeetingPlay is always helpfull and good companion to an event.

 ### 47. Etouches product review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Search capabilities are nice. I have found this to be very useful.

Support docs and videos are useful to reference.

Support team is amazing. Highly recommend them.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

I would like to be able to manage images and documents directly through the HTML editor vs. having to go through the account level widget.

Having events auto sort to folders would be helpful. Events that are live go in 1 folder, once turned Closed, they automatically move to another folder (archive)

Formatting in HTML editor is difficult.

Create a better way to insert and format tables within the HTML editor

Many users have identified this as not being user friendly at all

Email effectiveness through firewalls and spam filters. Increase effectiveness

Attachment size restrictions are far too small for documents

Please update training materials to include new user interface

**Recommendations to others considering Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri):**

This is a good product, but it often needs help from support agents.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outlined in previous question. .

 ### 48. etouches - Easy to use, full featured, made for Event Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | Program Coordinator Sr., Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Options available are amazing. Ability to add functions on the fly. Customization - in crafting the registration process for guests, designing website and emails in HTML/CSS. Easy to use. And the reports! Sharing a dynamic Registrant List and other reports with a non-etouches user - feature made us weep with joy.

Having a single platform that combines Marketing, Registration, Payment, and follow-up makes life so much easier and solves the problem of having multiple software or services that do not talk to each other.

Best software support I have ever encountered.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

User management could use more features for account admins. Seating module is a little basic. Would be nice to have more features (a la Social Tables).

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a single event management platform for an large university at the Enterprise level, that can integrate with our existing services.

Our university does not have a centralized Events office, so this helps give us a way of viewing what all our units are doing.

 ### 49. Solid Registration System to Create Efficiency in Event Planning

Aventri is an excellent registration solution and communication tool for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

The project management functionality within Aventri could use some improvement to make it more useful for our teams.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has gained efficiency in how we manage and plan events. The tool has enabled us to be more effective in our work and streamlined information gathering and sharing as we plan and manage many events across our teams.

 ### 50. Good Event Management Software Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

Encompasses almost all our needs in one software platform (registration, payments, website, marketing, surveys)

**What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?**

A few things need extra work arounds to get the functions to work properly (tables within tables for example). Wish there was a registration open date that can be set like the registration close date.

**What problems is Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice to have one system instead of multiple to cover different aspects of the events.
