The platform is not a one-stop-shop, but delivers more for us than any other single solution. **Recommendations to others considering Storyteq:** ST is best for video assets, but the team is very open to customizations, and to adding new features to the development roadmap to address additional business needs. And in the short time of usage, we've already come across a few bugs. **What problems is Storyteq solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the official marketing partner of several car brand dealer networks in the Netherlands, we've experienced that personalisation of campaigns can be quite time consuming. Changing the content of online campaigns for every dealer by hand, took way too much time. Therefore we had created a system that made it a little more efficient. The quick and easy integration with facebook and google. The amazing support team which helped us all the issues we came across so far. All of this makes Storyteq the perfect creative automation tool for us. **What do you dislike about Storyteq?** Some very common file formats are not supported such as mp4 and jpeg for dynamic elements. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future. Also, making some elements un-dynamic is not the most intuitive process. However, we were assured this will be fixed in the future. **What problems is Storyteq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scaling creative iterations by hand is not very efficient. Storyteq helps us achieve efficient results by allowing for creative batches with csv input tables. I believe you mean within the media create form, correct? The placement of a text box or the usage of a specific font are decided within the creation of the template itself. Within the template builder these can always be changed or adjusted. The media create form offers contained flexibility. Flexible to change out images with open upload fields or pick the right pre-defined options and fill out your text.
