Storyly is a great tool for enhancing consumer engagement. It is simply and very user-friendly. Integration went fast and smooth. It offers a variuos features to increase consumer engagement: questionnaires, swipe-ups, buttons, and marketing automation. The one of the most important thing is that storyly team constantly works on innovations and improvements. It is very user-friendly, the support team is quick to respond if ever we need any assistance. The product is innovative and always coming up with new ideas or ways to make it better. It was a seamless process to integrate Storyly with our systems and it is accessible via your mobile phone, which assists with on-the-go content planning and scheduling. I like the versatility it has to be able to publish, everything is very well explained, the support team has answered every question and they have suggested different solutions to the problems that need to be solved, you can be very creative or veiled in the moment that is required C: Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to edit the texts directly in the viewer and not have to go to the controllers on the right side, I would also like to be able to edit the CTAs much more in depth to give a version much more similar to the one we use in the company, but I know they are working on those types of details, without a doubt it continues to surprise me every time I enter STORYLY. c: Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I find the platform to be generally effective and useful, there are times when it doesn’t feel as user-friendly as I would like. Some features can be a bit challenging to navigate or take a little extra time to get used to. However, overall, it gets the job done, and the benefits far outweigh any minor difficulties. Storyly is an incredible tool that we use for getting to know our mobile app users as well as for increasing our DAU and MAU through engaging content as well as through some fun games and giveaways. Since we started using Storyly, we have active story groups at all times and we check analytics and performance every day. The analytics pages gives us beautiful insights on our audience. We are currently finalizing setting up Storyly to be used for pop-ups that are triggered by logging in to the app or by clicking on certain buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrating EVAM with Storyly, for the purpose of being able to segment our stories based on different parameters, was the most difficult and lenghty process. It took over two months from defining the task to fully completing it. However, at this point the integration works and we are already starting to make good use of it.
UPDATE: Segmentation works beautifully, so it was all worth it.
Additionally, we would like to use Storyly for popups that appear when a customer logs in to inform them whenever there is any kind of a technical issue in the app - however, we ran into the problem that we struggle to figure out how to do this, so that 1 customer does not see the same popup, for example, 10 times within a day (if they log in 10 times on that day).
UPDATE: This was fixed, so we shall soon be able to utilize the pop-up function of Storyly.
Wehn uploading a video as a story, we would like to be able to see the video playing in the studio rather than it being just a static snapshot.
Wehn uploading multiple files at the same time in the studio, we would like to have them appear in the same order that they were selected in from the folder - now they are all always mixed up.
When uploading a video to the studio, we would like to have the option for the video to be uploaded as a single story or automatically split in to multiple (choose between 1 to 10 for example) shorter videos and screens.
Last but not least, no matter how many issues we run into or how many questions we have, we constantly receive the best support by your team - thank you for always being available to answer our questions, Brade, and for always involving your collegues when needed. No doubt every client Storyly has mange stories differently. If we were to be picky, it would be amazing to be able to categorise some assets that we upload for easier application, however this is very minor.
