**What do you like best about Storyly?**

We have been using Storyly for a long time, and it always meets our expectations. 

Speaking about the frequency, we use it weekly, a couple of times during the week, so we prepare the content for our audience in our app, and as we are a fintech-based oriented product, we need to use the latest innovations in the content to keep the attention of our users, so Storyly allows us to do this, as it has a lot of tools to play with the content and with the user's attention. 

We love the frequent updates, the variety of tools inside the app, the ease of integration and ease of use, so it doesn't take a lot of time needed to get deeper, or to get known with the service. 

And big thanks to Arda, always in touch, always there, quick to help. Big big thanks for sharing insights with us and suggesting how we can improve.

**What do you like best about Storyly?**

In addition to the features that Storyly provides, the fact that this product is constantly improving itself and the proactive recommendations of the Engagement Team, which proposes use-case scenarios simultaneously with these features, are my favorite aspects of product.

**What do you dislike about Storyly?**

Nothing, just nothing!I can honestly say that I recommend everyone to use this product as a must have addition to their mobile existence.As a single additional need, the introduction of stickers for the concept and special days, as in Instagram, may be useful for the adaptation of the users to the story format

**What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content creation process was a grueling process for a Finance app like ours. We clearly solved this with Storyly! At the same time, we can offer personalized content very comfortably and this was not even possible in other 3rd party collaborations we used before. At the same time, the story format became a format where we produced even more entertaining content while announcing the campaigns.

In my opinion Storyly is one of the best platforms for a mobile app's story needs. The panel is flexible, practical and easy to use and also has a lot of creative features. The customer support is fast and solution-oriented.

Nothing specific comes to mind for a downside; but because we use Storyly for our mobile app and the app requires client updates for new SDK versions, sometimes we fall behind of what's new.

It's very important for us to be able to communicate with our users on variable matters, and sometimes problems occur using different communication types. However with Storyly, we can convey the message we want to a wide audience in a very simple, understandable and at the same time in a creative way.

The aspect we like most about Storyly is its ability to quickly and effectively increase in-app engagement. The integration process is quite easy and developer-friendly. Being able to manage content without coding is a great advantage for the marketing team. The dashboard is very easy to use, and customer support is great. Our account manager is easy to reach, and he is competent and proactive.

Maybe Storyly could run workshops on creating content, with clear benchmarks to guide us. It has so many features, but at times we can feel a bit lost navigating all of them. Also, since we are a bank, it would help if it provided more documentation to support our security approval processes.

Storyly is not only an engaging tool that enhances the functionality of our application but also a great example of outstanding customer care. We regularly receive inspiring ideas on how to make even better use of Storyly, and every message or issue we report is met with a prompt and thorough response. The Storyly team continuously develops the product, introducing new features that are presented to us during quarterly meetings. In addition, the account managers provide valuable guidance on how to maximize the benefits of the tool.

At the very beginning, we had a problem with frequent crashes. After reporting a bug and working with the Storyly team, the problem was fixed very quickly.

Storyly has helped us significantly improve user retention in our application. It also provides an excellent space to showcase new products and features. Before implementing Storyly, we relied solely on banners, which were not very engaging for users. What I like most about Storyly is how easy it is to integrate and how quickly it boosts user engagement. 👏
The interface is very intuitive, so we didn’t need heavy technical support to go live.
On top of that, the customer success team is always responsive and solution-oriented.

Their communication in working chats is both sincere and highly professional. The team doesn’t just “check in” - they come with concrete, relevant ideas and clear how-tos for setup and automation. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered capabilities we hadn’t even considered before (from flexible design options to product-feed powered scenarios and other dashboard features). Explanations are practical, examples are easy to apply, and the feedback loop is quick, which saves our team time and helps us avoid common pitfalls.

The analytics uses metric names and structures that are a bit unfamiliar compared to our internal stack, and there isn’t as much flexibility as we’d like to tailor or rename metrics, tweak dimensions, or build custom views. It works, but there’s a learning curve to map results to our KPIs - more configurability here would make reporting smoother.

There are a few minor features that are currently missing. For example, the text block could really benefit from basic structural elements such as formatting options for bold and italic text, as well as the ability to create bulleted lists. Additionally, having options for left, right, and center alignment would make editing text much faster and more convenient.

**What do you like best about Storyly?**

I like the support team of Storyly because they're really helpful, always staying in touch with us when we have some problems. I find the design of the integrations beautiful,  most products don't have good design, but Storyly does, which is great for reaching and activating people. I also appreciate that the initial setup was pretty solid and easy. Usually, integrating products into our system takes a lot of time, but Storyly was different, probably thanks to its support team or the product itself, making it a fine and effortless experience.

Maybe there could be more activations, like a lucky spin. More activation tools could be really helpful.

I use Storyly for targeting strategies and to enhance customer engagement, integrating easily with our database for precise targeting and welcoming new customers.

**What do you like best about Storyly?**

First, the ability to update content instantly. That is something that almost new to us (not a tech savvy organization). Second, is the various tools to create content, that we are still learning and adapt everyday - alongside Stortly wonderful customer support team. 
We are happy to work together and look forward to where it will take us at the upcoming future (we just moved Storyly to a more centric location in our mobile app). 
Good luck and hope to see storyly in more products.

I believe it’s more on our side as a financial organization, but there are still a way to improve with the technical integration. I believe that there should be a more direct line to the tech team to solve problems faster. It’s not that we don’t get a response, but I expect it to be more efficient. Maybe it’s something that gets improved over time.

**What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First we able to use videos to connect with our customers within the app. It’s a capability that we didn’t had before, and when we launched a big campaign recently, it was very helpful. Second we plan to have storyly as our main content infrastructure, to update the old one, and use it to create banners and popups within the app.

**What do you like best about Storyly?**

What catches my attention the most about Storyly is the possibility of transforming a channel that initially seemed just for engagement into a real sales channel. Before, our channels were basically email, SMS, and the app itself. When we discovered that Storyly allowed us to apply tags to stories and track performance directly in Google Analytics, it was a game changer. From then on, we started using the tool both to generate visibility and to directly impact sales. I think the segmentation part could be more practical. Having to upload the data manually ends up taking time, especially for those who have several campaigns running at the same time. And, although the reports are good, I miss having more options to cross-reference information directly on the platform, without needing to export everything to analyze externally.

Storyly helps solve several challenges we faced on a daily basis. First, it creates an attractive channel within the app, especially because our app does not have very simple navigation. We use stories to explain features, content, and promote campaigns. 

Moreover, the fact that we can track the performance of the stories through Google Analytics made all the difference. We started to better understand user behavior, track clicks, interactions, and direct impacts on sales. This transformed the stories into another conversion channel, not just for engagement.

Another point is that we don't need to wait for app updates to announce news, promotions, or coupons. Everything is done through Storyly without relying on the development team.

Storyly has completely changed how we communicate to our customers on platform.

**What do you like best about Storyly?**

We use Storyly to share stories in our app, and it’s been great for how we connect with our community. The stories are visually engaging, easy to update, and incredibly intuitive for our team to create and our members to engage with. Whether we’re highlighting impact updates, partner spotlights, or motivating messages, Storyly helps us tell our story in a way that’s dynamic and interactive.

The team at Storyly has also been great to work with—responsive, supportive, and always helping us get the most out of the platform. We’re grateful to have them as a partner and look forward to continuing to grow with them.

**What do you dislike about Storyly?**

Nothing comes to mind.  Storyly is very helpful.

**What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storyly gives us the flexibility to create and share content with our members in a way that is engaging to them.  We also use it to tailor content for our different charity and corporate partners so that they can paint the pictures that they want to paint about their organizations.
