I can always find the right video footage, images and music for my videos. It's easy, just type in what you're looking for and choose what you want to download. I like that you can check for model releases. I like paying once a year and being able to download and use whatever visual assets I need. The videos, images, music and sound effects are all high quality and they give you up to 20K indemnification for an individual account. To me that means they stand by their customers. It gives me peace of mind knowing that their video footage, images and music can be used for commercial purposes with out worry over copyright or model release issues. The best thing about Storyblocks is there's a one-time yearly fee, which unlocks their entire inventory. Most of their competitors want to charge for each use, which quickly becomes prohibitive. Some of the footage is either quite US-centric, or looks obviously filmed in central Europe. As a marketer based in the UK, it can sometimes be tricky to find stock footage that looks authentically 'local' i.e. British, which impacts my decisions around whether to use it.
